Driss and Amin certainly make you feel welcome in this beautiful riad. We were a family group of 11 staying in 6 rooms and could not have felt more comfortable. Very good, generous Morrocan style breakfasts; a lovely roof terrace; we enjoyed superb home cooked Moroccan food in the evening. Marrakech can be a bit daunting to walk around independently,...

We stayed at the Riad Alwachma recently while in Marrakech on vacation and I can't say enough good about it. The staff really makes you feel like you are a guest in their home. They work so hard to make every guest feel comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The courtyard and rooftop deck are wonderful places for...

Peaceful and welcoming riad placed in a very strategic position max 10 minutes walking from the main square. Super friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms (not a great light in the bathroom). Good typical breakfast. Smells divine. Great terrace

It was a nice stay in comfort and authentic atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept room. Relaxing inner yard with a small fountain. Breakfast at the rooftop was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers hammam services for a reasonable price and good quality. Taxi tour from the airport and back was provided by a modern car. Hotel is well...

Another great stay but not quite five stars this time for a couple of reasons. Firstly, because our group of four would not be arriving into Marrakech before mid-evening, we had decided to eat at the riad. Despite being in e-mail contact with Anne Hélène just days before our departure, when she reassured me that the stuffed Briouates starter (Moroccan...

This is a lovely, small Riad, 15 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fna and just inside the walls of the Medina. Most of the staff are extreme;y friendly and helpful, particularly Amin and Driz. The rooms are comfortable and there is a rooftop terrace where you can have meals, relax or just have a drink including beer and wine. We...

Spent 4 nights with friends. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are varied. We had evening meal on the first night and it was delicious. I had pre-ordered dumplings for starter which I was assured by the owner was suitable vegetarians, but they were a mixture of meat and veg. The staff provided an alternative without...

We spent two nights at this riad and I totally recommend it. It's a quite place, not far from the city center (10 minutes walking), with a unique atmosphere. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor - very quite and very clean too. The breakfasts were very complete and the dinner was also great. We also booked a...

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Marrakesh and at the same time not far from the lively city center, this is the place to stay. In addition they serve great food for reasonable price for dinner so you don't have to hassle to find a restaurant after a long day of visits.
