(1st Oct - 8th Oct 2016) We usually always find something to complain about, however our 7 day/night stay at this well presented, beautiful hotel left us lost for words. This hotel was a ideally located for us in peaceful surroundings. Only 10/15 mins from the airport, perfect after a full day of travelling and located 5 mins (by taxi/bus)...

Stayed here to attend a conference. The room price was good and the staff very helpful. Advertises a Morrocan restaurant but it was not open. Buffet food was tasty but not much variety. Stayed in room 1280 and could not get the toilet to stop running overnight. The conference facilities were very good with good sound system and fast interpreters....

I am a Black African living in Washington DC. I visited Marrakesh in October 2016 for a conference and stayed at the Palm Plaza. The staff treats Blacks very differently from Whites. I noticed that as soon as I entered the hotel and the only people waiting for rooms due to " technical issue" were Blacks (Africans) while the White...

We would like to thank you for your hospitality in this hotel. We're very glad to have been able to come here. All the people really gave us the feeling of a luxury holiday! The people at breakfast in the morning, the people at the bar at the swimmingpool, even the guys who provided the swimmingpool beds, and of course...

First of all, they gave us a room that was full of smoke poison (to kill bugs). Second of all they gave us a room with a air conditioning and a refrigerator that didn't work. I think that room wasn't in use because the balcony was dirty. After we had complained again, they finally gave us a decent room. The...

Its a lovely hotel. Good reception staff, near to all the local attractions. Comfortable bedroom and toilet. The breakfast is delicious. The only thing I regret is that I could not find my blue birthstone necklace, in my bag which was closed after i came home and all the necklaces were there except the most precious one. So keep your...

A great place to stay for a reasonable price. The hotel has a lovely pool and the room we stayed in was a good size for the price. The food was buffet style but with someone to make omelettes to order at breakfast. The food offered in the evening was much better when it was in the smaller restaurant and...

A candid feedback-i happened to stay in this property for not 1 or 2 days, but 3 weeks. My first trip ever to Morocco and that to a single traveler. Throughout the stay, i was never met by any of the management team all tough they would have come to know that here was a Foreigner who didn't speak Arabic...

Stayed here for a week last September it was meant to be a five star I wouldn't even rate it as a three star. The food was disappointing, at breakfast a cat was running around the dining room. If you wanted to pay cash for drinks or food by the pool the staff members made such a big deal about...
