I liked this hotel even though it could do with some upgrading. It was clean and tidy. The staff were polite and the snack bar had good food and was reasonably priced. There was a lovely tortoise by the pool. Good stay. Great location! 👍🏻

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for 2 days visiting Marrakesh for the first time. I booked online and payed 100£ for 2 nights quite expensive for Marrakesh but said better stay comfortable for 2 nights. First of all the hotel website says it's 4 stars and when you book the room the breakfast is included so you...

we chose this hotel mainly for its location, we read the reviews and were expecting a poor stay but were prepared to put up with it for the great location. However we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and presentable. Staff were fairly friendly, We had an issue with noise when new guests stayed in the room next to...

Read some horror stories here so thought I'd add my own review (I've put the pros and cons in random order ;) Receptionist polite and courteous but limited English from most staff. Rooms on top floor (2nd) do NOT smell and are clean but very basic. They also have no problems with insects/ants (although what do some folk expect on...

Rooms nothing special quite basic and dark but clean, and air con not that great compared with the other hotels we stayed while visiting the country, but did the job...

This is not a 4 star hotel. I managed to stay for 2 nights (under duress) and left to stay in a decent hotel for the rest of my holiday. Broken furniture, dirty beds, curtains hanging off rails, dirty bathrooms, rude staff, dirty cats wandering around restaurant - I could go on .....

We came here after a boiling hot night in a riad w/o a.c. The pool area is excellent if not super fancy. The restaurant had only a fixed menu and the bar was expensive, so we didn't eat here. Had to take 2 rooms because the local interpretation of Moroccan law is that 2 Europeans can take a room with...

Rooms smell of human waste, reception didn't seem that surprised or bothered. Towels in room were dirty, am a couple but staff only left one bath towel. Bathroom ceiling mouldy. Balcony full of ants. Breakfast had quite a lot to choose from. Swimming area full of ants and the pool tiles had fallen off everywhere and was full of insects....

Holidayed during Ramadan so the hotel pretty quiet - just what you need after long, hectic nights in the souks! Staff are friendly & yes their 2nd language is French but their English is very good too - easy to be understood!. Clean, tidy rooms with TV, Aircon, bath & hand held shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, balcony. Cleaned & towels...

1. Reception. Old and tired as the whole hotel. 2. Room. Dusty, full of bugs, broken shower, old furniture 3. Restaurant. Poor breakfast, no fruits at all. 4. Wifi. Useless . 5. Personnel. Rude and unprofessional people at the reception. Charged my card twice, refused to deal the problem and laughed about that in front of me. I was shocked...
