Oh Chems, let me count the ways in which you are disappointing: 1: poorly trained staff 2: dirty rooms 3: aging technology and poorly maintained (door locks malfunctioning and about as "safe" as a piece of string) 4: Food. Uh... oh please, let's just not talk about it. Just go somewhere else. Even if you don't have to pay for...

As mentioned by most others, the location is fantastic. You really are in the heart of the medina in 15 minutes by either walking straight up the street or walking through the Koutoubia gardens. the street id well lit if walking back late at night and we always felt really safe. The city tour bus stops directly across the road...

After reading some bad reviews on this hotel I wasn't sure what to expect but I decided to book it anyway as there was no other hotel available in this location at the price that would suit me so I was prepared for the worst. I have booked my room thru booking.com and upon arrival I was told that they...

As reported by others, the location is great. Its within the Medina, ten minutes from Djema el Fna on foot, surrounded by gardens, opposite La Mamounia, an easy taxi ride from the airport, and well served by waiting taxis and caleches. The building is bearing its age well. The hotel is set among gardens and next to other gardens. Its...

This hotel could be great, the location is the only thing in its favour. Checked into a family room which wasn't cheap - had to ask for duvet covers as the beds hadn't been made, asked for the floor/rugs to be cleaned as they clearly hadn't been and two of the 3 room lights didn't work - consequently offered a...

Stopped here for a quick visit of Marrakech before heading to the desert and upon return. The hotel is dated, room is basic but quite spacious with a small balcony. The front desk staff is average with limited English but conceige is helpful. Unstable wifi in room. Breakfast is good with fresh juice, lots of bread and pastries. Room facing...

The rooms were great with own balcon and view of either the pool or the mosque. As others have mentioned, they were not to quick at refilling the breakfast buffet, although I experienced the slow service was a general moroccan problem. The pool area is great with a fine snack menu for lunch. The staff were very friendly but lacking...
