We've accidentally booked an extra night (were staying for a long time in Marrakech, and moved between the hotels to discover more areas), called in immediately and were clearly told NO PROBLEM by a lady who's answered the phone. Upon arriving at the property on the next day, we were told the lady was not competent to answer (??), so...

Really beautiful and 'authentic' looking place, very calming. Room was small but comfy with nice attention to decoration in keeping with the style of the place, although the shower didn't work as well as it could have. Good breakfast and helpful manager.

This is a Beautiful Riad. Nice rooms, beautiful terrace on the roof and a fantastic breakfast! The only thing I didn`t like was that you could not go to the toilet in private, it is an open solution. After a week I realized that this is normal on every Riads, and it really didn`t matter.

We received a very nice welcome. Very relaxing place. We didn't use the pool as we wouldn't feel comfortable as it was in the middle of the relaxation area and the main walkway to the rooms. The rooftop terrace very nice. The staff booked a 3 day trip to the desert, everything was explained well and it went smooth.

We have just spent 4 nights at this Riad and cannot praise the whole stay enough. We were met at the airport ( which we would recommend ) and dropped off at the Medina where a member of staff met us and walked us to Riad. Once the door is opened you enter into a amazing oasis, our room was...

I can’t say enough about this place. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff made us feel at home and they were unbelievably helpful. We had a bunch of difficulty with a package that was sent to us from the US, it was stuck in customs and such. The hotel manager, Zakaria, made dozens...

I cannot begin to stress how lovely and welcoming the staff where at this riad! My boyfriend and I got picked up from the airport by a lovely man who then dropped us off with one of the riad staff who walked us through the medina. When we arrived at the medina he then drew a small map of where...

A very comfortable riad with an intimate atmosphere. We were well looked after by top host Zakaria (super helpful and gives great travel tips!) and his wonderful staff. In a great location, the riad is tucked away in a little alleyway but so central and close to the heart of the medina! We stayed in the Oumkeltoum Suite - great...
