While the hotel is not exactly in the old medina, which many tourists prefer, it does have a great location near the Fena Square and other main attractions. I stayed in it twice, and there isn't much to complain about except the noise. Make sure that your room overlooks the swimming pool and not the street, or otherwise, you will... More

A bit tired but very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Comfortable , firm bed. Nice clean sheets with bolster and additional pillows. Clean towels every day . We didn't use it to cook but electric hob, pots, crockery and cutlery all provided. Fridge handy for water and juice. Breakfast very nice and very typical. Boiled... More

Stayed here this week with 3 friends. After reading the reviews we were dreading it. How wrong. Fantastic location, lovely staff and daily cleaning. Our air con wasn't getting hot on heat setting so they gave us extra blankets and towels. The spa downstairs was great and very reasonable. Never made it to breakfast though but the girls said it... This hotel is staffed with a lovely bunch of people but this is where it stops because everything else is bad. As much as these people may want to be helpful, I think the management do not have money for investment or lack skill to manage this hotel. It is situated in Guelize right behind the shopping area and McDonalds,... More

The room was nice and clean, although the air cons weren't working properly. We had two apartments but only half the air cons worked in both. The hotel is in a good location, nearby to many things. The maids were also good and always ready to clean the rooms. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast server was nice and... More

I have stayed here 3 times and love the location. It's quiet, away from the noise of the Medina. It's a 20 minute walk to Jamaa el fna and the train station. A 10 minute walk to the bus station so its handy for transport links. It's in Gueliz which is handy as we always come during Ramadan (to avoid... More

This hotel is in Gueliz the French quarter of the new city. Our apartment consisted of a large bedroom, a sitting room with kitchenette and a nice bathroom with a shower. There is a smallish pool which was great to cool down in during the sweltering heatwave. Breakfast was adequate and was served to the table. It consisted of the... More
