I stayed at this hotel during the Easter holidays. On first appearance the hotel was very impressive. Staff at reception when we arrived were pleasant enough. The rooms were cleaned daily. One of the cleaners (Samira) was an absolute delight. She is a credit to this hotel. The pools are lovely with an entertainer there. Overall this hotel is ok....

The hotel is far from downtown Marrakech, so you have to rely on taxis. There is a shopping mall at walking distance, including a Carrefour. The room was okay. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were really disappointing: not much variety here, but maybe this only happened to our group. Wifi quality - very poor, slightly better only in the lobby.

We found this huge resort like hotel somewhat confusing. The passage way lighting is motion sensitive - unfortunately it has a slight delay on activating, and one doesn't know what is ahead in the seemingly endless passage ways. Accessing the buffet breakfast while remaining within the passage ways was a worthwhile challenge. In early February it was rather chilling to...

We stayed here for 3 nights, one night before and 2 nights after a tour of Morocco. It was the best hotel of the tour. It is a big place with two pools, lifts to all floors, free wi-fi in the public areas and an internet point in the lobby. Unfortunately their system didn't like our Amazon Fires so we...

My husband and two children (10 and 14) came here by default, our booked hotel was not available, this hotel was probably an upgrade as we got all inclusive so we were happy. The zalagh and club paradise are the same hotel but the club paradisio is the all inclusive part. Both hotels have really nice quiet pools with plenty...

I stayed here for 2 night before and 2 nights after a tour as it was the beginning and finishing point of my tour. My tour of Morocco was fantastic, this hotel was the worst experience. They have zero care about customers. The hotel is huge, they have little interaction with guests. My first issue was breakfast, there was no...
