Beautifully redeveloped Riad with still the warmth of the ancient times and a touch of Italian hospitality and attention to details. Ask Emanuela - the lovely host - what to do in Marrakech, where to take your hammam, where to go for a walk and, in general, how to enjoy the city: she has the perfect tips! And if you...

We stayed at the riad 4 nights. very nice location. close enough from the main square, but far enough from noise, etc. excellent decoration, where every detail counts. warm welcome confortable for a family. kind of preparing us a early breakfast there are only 5 rooms. we were occupying 2, which makes it frendly with other guests, etc

This little hotel was absolutely lovely. The hosts were so caring and helpful, and ensured that our whole trip to Morocco was the best it could be. The riad is entered through a small door, down a quiet alleyway, and is the most relaxing and calm place I have ever been to - so unexpected after the hustle and bustle...

Riad Anjar is an oasis in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. A perfect place from where you can discover the Souk and all the squares and traditional Medina places. Riad Anjar Is located close to the big square, cafe Bougainvile, cafe Arabe and cafe des Epices. The owner and heart of this beautifull Riad is Emanuela, an Italien...

In the heart of the chaotic medina, a true paradise of peace and quiet. All rooms are furnished in moroccan style with soft colors and a touch of modern architecture. High level reception from Emanuela and her moroccan staff. The dinner at the Riad is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. Thanks to Nazha, Fatima and Khadija... we'll come back soon.

When they had trouble processing our credit cards that we had been using all over Morocco, they took our luggage and licked them up until we paid with cash! The place was cold. We had to ask for a plug for the bathtub to take a bath. There wasn't a shower- just a very large bath tub. The heater in...

I think that any owner becomes “ mean and angry” when she is forced to call the Police to obtain the payment of the hotel bill. We invite the reader to form his own opinion by comparing with other already numerous reviews on internet. I deeply regret, however, that these websites dedicated to "reviews", usually much useful, could sometimes be...

We were a little shocked at the view from the street, but the door opened to a peaceful paradise. There is a small dining area next to a pool in the atrium, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, and the bed was decorated with rose petals upon our arrival. The bathroom was also beautiful,...

My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Riad Anjar and the only downside was that we had to return home. It was a perfect place to stay in every way, and staff are extremely attentive to your every need. The design of the Riad is stylishly spectacular and from the minute we arrived we felt...

“One of the rooms is above the small kitchen/dining area (where you eat if you need breakfast early for some reason), and this could disturb you in the morning (although the staff are very good at making sure the breakfast guests eat quietly). So if you are planning on sleeping in late into the morning, ask for one of the other rooms.”
