There are many great things about this Riad -- particularly the wonderful employees who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. For that I am grateful! But there are two drawbacks potential visitors should know about. First, the Riad (perhaps like most Riads) is built around a courtyard. Windows open onto the courtyard, which for winter is...

Definitely the worst experience during my visit to Morocco. A change of room was needed because the first one had the keycard lock broken. The rooms were spacious but that was the only thing good about it. The sheets had stains of blood on it, the curtains were incredibly dirty and the toilet was...well, I spare you the details, let's...

Stayed only one night due to an error by my booking agent. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting me to resolve my problem concerning the booking. The room was comfortable, clean and well equiped with good wi fi Communal areas were also well furnished, tidy and clean and the small pool area looked very neat and welcoming....

Nice hotel. The beds were great and the location of the place was good. The food was okay, not the typical Moroccan cuisine where I hoped for. I really enjoyed my stay here and it's nice that they have a swimming pool!

A very local Moroccan hotel with a friendly staff. Not everything is perfect at this hotel - and it's definitely not a typical hotel - but that also have it's charm. Very well located away from the most noisy streets and within walking distance to most attractions.

I went with my mate in April. After much research we decided to settle for this place as it is in between the old city and the posh new city. It is in an excellent location, a 15-20 min walk from the jamaa el fna, and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station..it is also in the heart of...

Agree with most of the comments here. Limited choice at breakfast but reasonable enough. Rooms are clean and functionable. Well located for upcoming district of Gueliz. Carrefour supermarket and western style shops in new mall very close by. Felt very safe in local area. Make sure you get a receipt when paying the city tax on arrival when checking in....

The front counter folks here have an attitude, to the point of being rude. Breakfast is lackluster - just some dried out bread, sad looking rolls, watery eggs; you get the idea. Rooms not clean, the bathroom had mold/mildew on tiles. Location was good, but other that was the only positive.

My stay was actually going pretty well until one day when I smelled a strong gas smell in the room and had to deal with a rude staff member. When I informed the staff member at the front desk, he said they didn't even have gas in the rooms and didn't seem to care much. When I pushed further, he...
