Exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful staff. Excellent advice on aspects of tipping, taxi prices etc. Although it is predominantly French speaking, the staff did speak good but broken English, just need to speak a little slower :). Offered superb complimentary dinner on first night. Although within the Medina, it is far by the easiest to find, being only 2 minutes...

A modern Riad in the heart of the Medina. A few minutes walk and you're in the middle of the Souks but just off the beaten track enough for well needed piece and quiet. Reception staff spoke very good English and could not of done more to help us with transfers, directions & recommendations for places to visit. Had an...

Very friendly and super helpful staff. Delicious breakfast on the roof at your leisure. Any time between 8-noon! Lovely first evening meal, which helped us get accustomed. Our room was very clean with fresh towels and flowers daily. The riad is perfectly situated amongst the busy streets, but you can't hear the hustle and bustle from within the walls which...

We stayed at Marrakech for three nights along with 5 days in the dessert. When we stayed in Marrakech we decided to stay in this wonderful Riad. A wonderful peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the main square which was only 2 min away . Everything about this Riad was outstanding . We ate there on our 1st evening the food was great and very romantic up on the candle lit roof terrace. The Hammam is a must expertly delivered by the ladies who...

Located very close to the main square Jamaa El-Fna, the staff were very friendly and helpful. (English speaking). We ordered the set menu for our first night and were not disappointed. The soup needs particular mention as it was the best I had in Morocco (and I tried a few). Breakfast served on the roof was good (toast, pastries, cakes,...

Had a great experience at the Riad. The staff were very friendly and accommodating; none more so than Abla the manager. She promptly contacted us after we booked to request our flight details so as to arrange the complimentary shuttle from the airport. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a lovely pot of mint tea (a definite MUST!), and was...

I spent 4 nights with my wife and daughter in Riad l'Etoile d'Orient. From the time we were picked up by their airport shuttle right through to our departure we were treated exceptionally well by a very friendly and highly professional team. The hammam is a must and breakfast on the rooftop was a real treat. I have no hesitation...

We enjoyed our stay at Riad a Etoile d' orient. The rooms are very nice and clean. This riad is one of few Riads in which the toilet has washlet. The scented soap in the bathroom is extremely aromatic and relaxing. They put new fresh red flowers in the rooms everyday which adds pleasant atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable....

We stayed 3 nights and could not ask for a better place to stay. Our room was large and everything was spotless throughout the entire riad. The location could not be better. It is just steps from Jemma el-Fnaa and the souks. Even though it is close to everything, it is very quiet. There are lounge chairs and a hot...
