We booked last minute walk in as we had a nightmare at Ryad Laarouss. We were greated by a very helpful lady "Ayesha " who found me a room for my family. The hotel was full yet the place was very clean and tidy. For the kids there is an indoor heated pool ( outside was too cold to use...

We stayed at this hotel was part of a Gate1 tour. The good - the room and the grounds. Both well maintained and comfortable. The bad - nothing worked properly, not the a/c-heating, not the safe etc etc. The ugly - the breakfast. The first morning we left the hotel fairly early although the breakfast was to have started at...

This is in the new section of the city. The outside is attractive as is the entrance. We went with two other couples and each room had to be changed for various reasons (unmade beds, water on floor, etc.). The hotel was quite full on the day we were there and it took some time to get new rooms. Even...

More of a 3 star hotel We visited for 7 nights towards the end of December 2013 - beginning Jan 2014. The hotel was booked through expedia in September 2013 and upon arrival to check-in it was apparent that the reception staff did not have any knowledge of our booking. Fortunately my husband had the email of the booking confirmation...

Staff is not friendly and helpful. Be tenacious!!! One had to pay for gym access... ridiculous! Ask for a room toward the inner yard (otherwise it is kinda loud) BUT: Rooms were good and clean! Location quite central: around 15-20 min footwalk to "Jamaa el Fna" or taxi (we paid 30 MAD). Breakfast was good!

The reception staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. None of them spoke English, only French or Arabic and they were very rude and ignorant. Room was ok although it could do with a lick of paint but was comfortable enough. Room was cleaned every day and the cleaner was really nice and friendly - the only one in the hotel....

Good location about 20 min walk fm old medina. Older property but well maintained. Buffet breakfast with made to order eggs a plus. Front desk staff helpful. You can buy a pretty good city walking map fm the on site shop, but be aware that map doesn't accurately portray streets and names. Great outfit pool space (too cold for us...

Loved the hotel. But the staff and waiters we're even better! They waiters were super friendly and helpful, especially when one of my friends used her Arabic phrases! We left the hotel after 2 nights to go on the Safari tour and when we returned 3 days later, the waiters treated us like royalty! Really like returning guests to their...
