I've been at this beautiful Riad twice. It's a magic place in the heart of the old medina . Staff, service, place are excellent . Coming from the chaos of the medina I learnef to appreciate so much to be back to the quit atmosphere of this incredible place Looking forward to being back

For those of you that have never stayed in a Riad(like me), I wasn't quite sure what to expect. After jet lag to Europe, and then a 3 am early rise to catch a 6 am flight, I was exhausted upon arriving into Marrakech. The Riad is located in the most convenient area close to market shopping, the big square...

I have just returned from a 2 week solo trip around Morocco and I spent my first 3 nights at Riad Magellan which was absolutely delightful. It was my favourite Riad in all of Morocco and it set the bar very high for all other places I stayed afterwards. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by warm and...

We spent 4 beautiful days at the Riad Magellan. Everyone was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The location is great, only 5 minutes’ walk to the Jemaa El Fna plaza, but still in one of the very quiet side streets. We definitely will come back!

we chose this as a last minute holiday and really lucked out ! . Very stylishly decorated (i liked the red room best) the host, Philippe was most helpful with local info. make sure you accept the offer of airport/hotel transfer as you would never find it in amongst the alleys and tunnels. also be sure to eat at least...

We used Riad Magellan as our home base while travelling throughout Morocco. A total of 7 nights were spent there, and each time we returned, it felt like a homecoming! Phillipe was knowledgeable and so very helpful in planning a trip to the high Atlas, and for our many comings and goings! The staff were pleasant -especially Samir who was...

An experienced and very helpful host in a wonderful Riad in the centre of the Medina. Philippe knows all about the city and the coast and helps arrange transport and recommends restaurants While within the Medina there is little or no vehicular or taxi transport the walk through the narrow alleys is worth it when going through the solid timber...

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend in the heart of the Marrakech Medina exploring the bright and busy market streets. Riad Magellan was a beautiful, quiet oasis just steps away. Walking through the door was entering a different world.

This riad has nothing special, for me it would be an average riad. It is very quite and clean, and you will sleep like a baby. For the rest I'm afraid we are far from something beautiful and romantic. The breakfast is far from the usual morocan sweetnesses and diversity, no msemem, the bred (mharach) was cold and not home...

Dear guest, I am sorry if our Riad did not meet your expectations. I do not exactly understand what you disliked except for the breakfast, which makes your quote appear very tough. You did not get msemen for we change the home-made pastry served on a 3 days cycle, to avoid boredom for guests: there is a msemen served every...

We began and ended our trip to Morocco at the Riad Magellan in Marrakesh - a beautiful, stylish and atmospheric Riad in the middle of the Media. Great rooms, incredibly beautiful decor, lovely breakfast. And very friendly hosts. Definitely recommended!
