First trip to Morroco but heard good things, desperately needed a few days away and we had the following requirements, warmth, relaxing, luxury and not too far from Blighty! We went in November for 5 days and booked into the Pearl which is a SLH property. From the moment we arrived at Manchester airport I was pleasantly surprised at how...

The service at The Pearl was consistently high from all members of staff throughout our stay. The décor was of a very high standard and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The suite we had was MASSIVE, very high spec gadgets/lights. There was a wide range of food at breakfast, well presented and tasted amazing. Spa also good, pool a little...

The rooftop bar is worth a visit - it is very sophisticated. We went to watch the sunset - it was potentially a good view, but Marrakech is very flat and not sure that the views anywhere are great. The drinks were expensive. Probably good on a hot day for a dip in the doughnut shaped pool.

I went to the sky lounge with my wife and ordered 4 different rolls of sushi. What came out of the kitchen was 4 fried rolls that tasted exactly the same. What a shame to treat fish and sushi like this. It was money wasted. On top of that I ordered an overpriced shisha for the price of 250 MAD...

Stayed for one night. Found the elevators slow, the staff nice, the roof bar amazing! The amenities were excellent, the room blacked out completely and was quite. The bed was comfy. did not use much more.

I did not stay here, just ate a meal here so I cannot review accommodation. Lunch on the rooftop was excellent. Views are amazing and menu has great offerings. California rolls and tempura vegetables were fabulous. I would certainly eat here again.

Overall a great experience in a hotel nicely decorated in Moroccan style. Great location near the old city. Very nice bar on the rooftop with stunning views. On the downside, drinks are bit pricey for Morocco. The hotel can be a bit noisy, music from the roof bar and guest traffic in the hallway.

This was the 3rd time i stay in the pearl and there is a reason: The location , you can walk to the medina and the view from the rooms on the atlas mountains and the city walls is extraordinary. The rooms and the service is really 5 stars ... I will keep going there..
