There might be grander riads in Marrakech, but Yamina's is by far the most charming and welcoming, and the food is just extraordinary. Far better than hotels that cost ten times as much. We ate here 5 evenings in a row, and each meal was completely different and equally delicious. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and friendly. It...

I stayed here two summers ago and haven't got round to writing a review, but felt compelled to when speaking with my friend about her trip to Marrakesh this summer. I have recommended Riad Yamina to her as it really made my trip. I was actually recommended it myself by my grandmother. I travelled with two female friends and Yamina...

I can't compliment this place enough. It is really a peaceful, relaxing oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. All the staff were so helpful and genuinely lovely, the breakfast was delicious (you must have dinner here at lest once as their cooking is fantastic), the room was great (we were upgraded when we first arrived) with luxuriously comfortable...

We arrived at the Riad after 9pm, having got slightly lost nearby and were forced to ask the receptionist of another Riad to call Yamina to give us directions. Instead we were told to wait and that they would come and escort us there. For those who have never been to Marrakech, getting lost in its maze like streets is...

As a solo female traveller I was unsure what to expect from my trip to Marrakech. I was extremely thankful for the pre-travel assistance Yamina offered me in helping arrange a pick-up and drop off from the airport. My room was so quiet, clean and peaceful and it was beautifully decorated. The staff were fantastic. The breakfasts, the kindness and...

Truly a home from home. Quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle, you could easily forget you were staying in the souks, yet its only a stones throw away from all the action. The Riad has been meticulously renovated by the host and owner, Yamina. The care and attention is evident both from the standard of the property and...

Riad Yamina was recommended to us by another local Riad owner, who I had contacted after receiving glowing recommendations on his Riad by good friends. How grateful we are for that recommendation. Our stay with Yamina absolutely made our trip to Marrakech, with our two teenage daughters between Christmas and New Year's, like a welcoming home away from home. Yamina...

We stayed here upon recommendation and were not disappointed. Location - less than a 5 minute walk from the main square down a narrow alley which seemed initially a bit concerning as we were two women but was actually fine. Similarly 5 mins from the souk. We got Yamina to arrange a cab from the airport - Mohammed met us...

Riad Yamina is a beautiful place, with great people and superb food. It's right in the heart of the medina, close enough to the Jemaa el Fna to be in the middle of things but serene enough (and located helpfully down a quiet side street) to make it a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Moroccan life. We'll certainly be...

We were three girls travelling Marrakech and stayed in the Riad Yamina for 4 nights. There is nothing more to say than that it was a very nice place, beautiful and clean rooms, cosy and quiet athmosphere and above all the nicest and sweetest people! Especially Yamina and Moha were so friendly and helpful! Whenever we had a question they...
