We enjoyed our stay and found very little to complain about, but what did make our visit most enjoyable were the two members of staff, who were polite (almost to a fault) and very helpful. I've paid a lot more than £18 a night, but I can't remember staff who could not have been nicer than Fatima and (I'm sorry,...

The Riad Aida is one of six riads in the Medina run by the same group, Angsana, each with something a little different to offer. We made use of the excellent restaurant at the Si Said both for lunch and dinner. The same Riad also offered a hugely relaxing massage service conducted by Thai-trained masseuses. The service was superb in...

This Riad is part of the best hotel/resort chain in my opinion Angsana/Banyan tree. What a mystical place this is. staying at this old town palace was amazing. Their in-house massages and hamam where excellent. Nothing feels like having breakfast in your own personal center court. The temperatures on the roof are rising and good for sunbathing. cooling off can...

Thank you so much petra and the entire staff here at this riad! Our first riad did not have ac working so we were moved to this beautiful riad. The breakfast served at riad said was great. I highly recommended anyone traveling to marrakech and staying here to contact the riad first for hotel transport. We did not book coming...

From the time we arrived to the time we left we had nothing but 100% attentive service from Mohammed, Cous Cous and all the staff. We were escorted to the sister Riad where the restaurant was located for each meal & we were given a mobile phone in case we needed to contact the staff. If there was no one...

We drove from Agadir to Marakech and arrived in the early evening. At which point we realized that the Google map we had printed out did not actually show the location of the hotel based on its listed address. So we go to an international hotel and use their computer... the address does not show up on either Google Maps...

Angsana Riad is a small clean and comfortable guesthouse with good service. The Hotel manager Walid and Cous Cous gave us very good and personal service. All the staff was friendly. The room was special and food was good, specially the Thai Food. One of the gesthouse possibilities was cooking lesson in maroccos food that we like. Very nice Riad...

A first taste of the real Marrakech in the Medina. All the staff were very attentive without being intrusive, from providing mint tea to walking us to other parts of the city in the dark. The only downside was the trek through extensive renovation work in the area which is 10-15 mins from Djemaa el Fna

I stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful Riad. All was more than perfect! Because this Riad has only 6 rooms the service is very personal. The staff pampers you as a VIP. Very safe area in the middle of the medina. Staying in a Riad is a must ! Don't stay in the new town, you have to enjoy...

Our Riad was simply magical. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome and a mobile phone should we need them at anytime. The room allocated was small but the Manager Adil changed rooms for us. The decor is simpathetic and original. There was a sun terrace and we could have breakfast wherever we felt like it. It was...

“Would suggest first floor rooms away from the street & with natural light looking into courtyard. Some rooms were situated on the corridor with windows but not natural daylight.”
