I had the pleasure of staying at the incredible Dar Attajmil for a full week and had the most incredible stay. As soon as you step through the doors of the Riad, you are at complete ease. Such a beautiful courtyard, matched by incredibly stunning rooms. The breakfasts are huge and differ everyday. The dinners even more so, and must...

This Riad has an excellent location, right in the medina and a five minute walk from the main square. The staff are wonderful, cordial and helpful, the rooms are not very spacious but very clean and beautifully decorated and there are plenty of small tea rooms and lounges to hang out in ... including the beautiful roof top terrace. The...

My friend and I stayed at the Dar Attajmil in February for 3 nights. Like everyone said, the place is lovely and charming. It was a bit cold in the common courtyard but they have heated lamps making it all cozy. I think most dar and riads do not have heat so FYI if you're easily cold. They have plenty...

Spent 2 nights in this Riad this month and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Marrakech. From the minute we booked the communication was excellent, upon arrival the staff were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and the hotel was very well maintained with a beautiful decor. The riad is a welcome break from the hustle...

Just back from being treated like long lost beloved family at Riad Dar Attajmil. The accommodation itself was gorgeous, comfortable, immaculately clean and extremely well located. But, it was the incredible hospitality and amazingly delicious, freshly prepared bespoke meals that made my stay so wonderful and left me craving to return as soon as possible. Stay here. You will be...

Spent 3 nights at the Riad Dar Attajmil in February 2013 when visiting Marrakech for the first time. The Riad was mentioned in my guide book and I liked the reviews I saw here. In addition to that, communication was particularly good from the moment that I booked the room online, which was very reassuring and also helpful. After a...

This is my first ever review: this beautifully furnished riad and the hospitality of its staff deserve all the praise I could possibly lavish on them. Greeted by mint tea and cookies upon arrival, we were immediately upgraded to a bigger room with a sublime spa-kind shower room for the first two nights. Make sure you have at least one...

We spent the last night of our week-long trip in Morocco at the Dar Attajmil, before flying back home. Although we enjoyed our other accommodations, we wish we could have spent more time exploring all this Riad had to offer. The common areas were very relaxing, and our room was clean and comfortable. We had some difficulty communicating with the...

We travelled to Marrakech as two families with four children between 10 and 14. Dar Attajmil was perfectly situated in the medina to allow us to wander around the busy souk and famous square Jemaa El-Fnaa but still not be far from this lovely oasis when the kids had had enough. It felt like we were seeing the real Marrakech....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Charming Riad right in the heart of old Marrakech. 4 rooms only and a large garden terrace with hammam. Excellent location, central, safe and easy access. Cosy feel and special mentions for the way it's cared for and the surprising cuisine. Last, but not least, the excellent price for what it has to offer. The riad offers an interesting cooking experience with its chef, with shopping in the old food market of Bab Doukkala. ... more   less

“The room was gorgeous - the only criticism which I find hard to write because I don t want to say anything negative as it was overall a lovely stay, was that the beds for me were too hard, but that is a personal opinion.”
