This is a beautiful riad with a focus on really good quality service. The rooms are clean, felt authentic and fully equipped with all you need. Loved the bathroom.Extras like a local mobile phone pre-programmed provides an extra level of security and comfort. Wasn't needed but it was nice to know it was there. Website doesn't really do it justice,...

We had a great time here, so good that we ended up extending our stay to take advantage. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and great fun. The Riad itself is in a perfect location for exploring the Medina. I'd highly recommend staying here on your next trip.

Noel and Fabrice do everything possible to make guests feel at home and comfortable. And they offer excellent information and advice to help make your stay in and around Marrakech as pleasant as possible. The Villa El Arsa is wonderfully located in a quiet street near the center of the Medina. The rooms are charming and the decor impressive. Rooftop breakfasts...

This is a cosy and nicely decorated riad placed in a calm part of the old city. Getting there is a bit of detour but once you've walked it a few times it's easy enough to find and not really that far from the main square. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast up on terrace is...

I really enjoyed my stay at this riad. It is well located in the medina on a quiet lane close to the main square, however, I'd recommend having them help you get to the riad from the taxi drop-off point when you first arrive, because the medina can be a bit of a maze. The staff were very friendly and...

If you are easy to get lost in small streets and around many corners, this might not be your place. But if you look for a quiet place, hidden away from the Marrakesh city hazzle, this might be perfect. We spent four days (3 nights) here in the Chambre Royale, and we absolutely loved it. The house offers 5 rooms,...

We stayed for a week in the end of January and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location, facilities, food were just perfect for us. Noel, Fabrice, Simo, Abu and staff were so welcoming and warm without being overbearing. The breakfasts on the terrace were a treat and all these home made jams were a particular hit! They made it look...

I could not think of a better way of experiencing a city like Marrakech than in the hospitality of the team at Riad Villa El Arsa. The room (el Kantara) was on the ground floor (so ideal if you require easy access) and extremely comfortable. It was very warm for our Feb stay, but I imagine would be lovely and...

Our 6 night stay at Riad Villa El Arsa was a treat in Marrakesh! The minute we stepped in, we were swept away by positive vibes. The owner Noel, an extremely courteous gentleman, welcomed us with sincere warmth. He gave us a tour of the villa, or Riad in Arabic. We felt at home right away. A tiny oasis, the...

This was our first visit to Marrakech and the staff/owners at the Riad were very very hospitable and welcoming . Breakfast was delicious every day and the mint tea and sweets were a delight on our return from the Souks and sightseeing. Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day .
