Spent a week at Riad Altair and it was a lovely place to stay. Close walking distance to the square. The staff are very helpful and go to great lenghts to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The Riad itself is comfortable and the food when you eat there is delicious, but best of all is the breakfast, a...

We spent a week at Riad Altair and loved it. It is such a beautiful building and the rooms are fantastic. The staff can't do enough for you and the breakfasts are just lovely. We went on the mountain trip organised by the riad and it was brilliant and really good value for money.

Recommended by our travel agent, we found the Riad Altair a perfect home base for seeing Marrakech and a day trip to Essaouira. The location makes everything within walking distance (though not in the hectic area), the property is nice, the rooms large and nicely appointed, and dinner in the hotel was convenient and good. What sets it apart for...

We stayed a week in Riad Altair, and we had a very good time. Very friendly yet discreet staff, good location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. They also work together with a reliable travel agency for trips and airport transfer.

The riad is beautiful, so relaxing in the middle of a hectic city! The staff are fantastic- they are there when you need them, but not intrusive in any way. The rooms are chic, beautifully decorated and have everything you need. The breakfasts are lovely and can be taken in the courtyard or on the terrace. The terrace is a...

My husband and I have just returned from a 6 night stay and can highly recommend this riad, which is situated in a friendly part of the city. It is simple, but clean and has everything needed. Without exception, all the staff are helpful and friendly at all times, a credit to the establishment. The breakfasts are first class, with...

From our arrival the service was fantastic - every day we were greeted with warm smiles and good humour from the lovely staff. We were told to treat the Riad as our home for the duration of our stay and it really felt like a home from home. Our room was Sirius and it was beautifully simple - from the...
