My first visit to Marrakesh was an amazing experience thanks largely to the beautiful and inspiring place Riad Lotus Privilege is... the entrance is secluded and upon arrival you are escorted down a mysteries alleyway with the winding passageway becoming more enchanting until you come to a Hollywood Casablanca style side entrance and then within seconds you are led into... An absolutely beautiful hidden gem found in the bustling city that is marrakech. wonderful sanctuary. Had a lovely couples hamam, didn't know what to expect nor can we compare to anything but if there is any better hamam out there I would be surprised but more so willing to try the best because it's a wonderful experience. Staff are friendly... More

We came here for lunch. The courtyard itself is beautiful with chairs and sofas in the shade and a small pool. However the food we were served was a tiny portion and overpriced. Whilst we were eating we were approached several times by the hotel spa coordinator who pestered us to buy a spa treatment (all we wanted to do... More

Me and my boyfriend visited Marrakech for the first time and were recommended by our rep to have a traditional Moroccan Hamam treatment, so we decided to book after hearing wonderful stories and experiences of hamams. We were picked up outside our hotel and driven into the city centre, we stopped along a dusty and busy road to be greeted... More

My mother and I came to the Riad Lotus Privilege for a traditional hammam and massage after it was recommended by our tour advisor. We were picked up from our hotel by a shuttle bus and dropped directly to the Riad, and were escorted in by one of the women who worked there. We had to wait about 10 minutes... More

The hotel seemed to be ok when we arrived, staff were setting up for a party + we were told no dinner for us (we had intended to eat out anyway). Taken to a large room on the third floor, the stairway was shabby + on the roof terrace were two stained loungers with dirty towels. Behind the trellis screen... More

Hi we had evening meals at the Lotus Privelege as the package we were sold could not accommodate them so we had to walk 1/2 mile to the Riad Lotus Privilege where after having the same set menu 2 nights in a row (which was nice but you can only have so much of a good thing) we were after... More

We booked a cooking course for 50Euros per person. We were told to get a tour of the market to buy our ingredients and where we would learn a lot about the Moroccan kitchen. Hence, we were interested. Unfortunately we ended up simply cutting vegetables. We never saw the market or the kitchen. Further, when we were asked to spice... More

Worst ever treatment. Booked through our tour operator who descried it as a fantastic experience that would consist of a hammam, followed by a clay body wrap and then a massage. The treatment to last 2 hours in total. Picked up by taxi and taken to a back street where we were ushered out into an alley and directed to... More
