We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tizwa, the breakfast was amazing and it started off our day on a great note. We had the best sleep as my husband was in love with the sheets and blankets and Hassan was amazing!!!!

This Riad,as well as the one in Fes, have 5 Star service. I am truly amazed. They fill in all of the stuff in a vacation that make it special.. train tickets, taxis, restaurants, laundry and more. All with a smile and asking what else can I do. Plus the rooms are unique and always clean. They make a stay...

I have stayed at the wonderful Riad Tizwa for a week every year for the past five years and can't recommend it highly enough. Besides it's stylish but oh so comfy design, it is truly a place that feels like home after the bustling streets of Marrakech. I have stayed in each of the rooms and they are all a...

Stayed in Riad Tizwa for one night on 15th September. What a lovely place. Staff were very pleasant. Room 2 which opens on to the room terrace was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt completely relaxed chilled reading a book on the roof. WiFi connection is good. Enjoyed a meal in the Medina in the evening and walked back to...

The hotel is a traditional boutique hotel and has so much potential. I loved having the courtyard to myself, with a queen size bed to relax on. The rooftop terrace is also a pleasant area to have breakfast, but too hot in August. I have a couple of minor complaints. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working at full...

I booked this riad based on an excellent review in the Daily Telegraph in May 2016 and booked directly with the UK based owners who were good with their communication and enabled us to pay in sterling before travelling. The riad had many positives...firstly it is beautiful inside, with a lovely courtyard to relax in and a roof terrace that...

I can't say enough good things about this place! Staying here was a truly magical experience. It is beautifully designed and feels so bright and airy. The staff are incredibly helpful and always went out of their way to show us around, made reservations for us, walked us to restaurants, gave us great tips, etc. The rooftop is beautiful and...

We were stunned by this hotel! An absolutely beautiful old house that has been turned into a six-room hotel, this place truly made the trip. It is even more lovely than in the pictures. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel at home and well taken care of, serving us tea, learning our names, chatting with us...

Riad Tizwa, located in the old quarter of Marrakech, was perfect for us: Clean, private, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel employees (Hassan, Abdo, Mohammed, and two women whose names I didn't quite catch) were extremely friendly, pleasant, and helpful. In addition to providing a nice room (ours was on the rooftop; well lighted and very cozy) and a yummy breakfast,...

The Riad arranged to collect us and that worked very well. Hassan welcomed us in and had us seated and relaxed in the courtyard while he prepared us tea. It was a great start and both he and Mohamed were so helpful throughout our stay. They arranged for a knowledgeable local guide to show us some of the historic buildings...
