The Riad is in excellent location in the Medina close to all the action while secluded enough to have peace and quiet. The services are excellent and the environment child friendly. They also provide great breakfast with flexible timing, overall we had a wonderful stay.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is kept clean and tidy. The communal areas and the terrace are very quiet and the breakfast is good. The only issue is that it is 5 minutes walking yo any turistical area, but once you are familiar with the nearby streets this should not...

Wonderful riad just a few minutes off the beaten path, so it's quiet and really charming to boot. Malika and Ahmed were absolutely wonderful and made our stay truly special. No request was too complicated for them, and both completely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When you first see the neighborhood, it's a...

We had an amazing stay in this Riad: very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great: about 15 mins walking to the main square and 5 mins to the markets. Breakfast is abundant and it is served in a unique location at the pool. But the best thing there is the staff: very charming and helpful! Also, you can't...

It is part of a group of Riads, I visited more of their structures and it has been always a positive experience. This Riad is really beautiful, the atmosphere is charming, the beds comfortable, the breakfast is good, the people are nice and the SPA is great (personally I loved it). They have also a great terrace on the rooftop....

Hotel & Spa Riad Al Jazira has a great location. The service was amazing, and the stuff very polite. The hotel is very traditional and sufficiently clean. I would definately recomend it for couples, friends and families!

The riad is situated in the heart of the medina. When we arrived we had someone waiting for us to take our suitcases and take us to the Hotel. As we came in the reception girl welcomed us and offered a welcome tea and some pastries while they prepared the room for us.The Hotel also has an amazing SPA where...

Fantastic experience, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, great ambience! It is a walk from Jemaa el Fna which is actually great since it gives you a sense of being out of the touristic path but still close to everything. The Spa is brand new and very comfortable. I don't usually write reviews but I fell the El Jazira deserves all the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
15 spotless, blisteringly white guestrooms are hidden behind heavy wooden doors and layers of linen drapes. Airy central covered courtyards have comfy seating areas: red rugs on golden brick floors, leafy palms over wooden chaises and – spectacularly – a colonnaded swimming pool in a setting reminiscent of great Carthage. Colourful accents are provided by red or purple cushions and kilims, and artfully arranged rose petals. We like this riad. ... more   less
