Hello, I have taken note of your comment and would like to apologize for this inconvenience and especially to inform you that this excursion was not sold by us but by the caretaker we had for a few days This person sold you this tour to his own account since you did not pay it at the riad This person cheated on you, but also deceived us, something we discovered 2 days after your stay and I discover by your comment the amount paid I inform you that of course, this person is no longer part of the staff of our institution since this fact Once again, I apologize for the fact that we are also victims cordially Nicole, owner of the Mandaline Gardens

Les Jardin mandalin is very nice and authentic accomodation in Marrakech. We had exelent assistation from the reservation time through everyday needs. Great dinners, breakfasts, tea time, snack time, bed time, pooltime...we have and party time also! We booked excursion at Essaouria with help of the riad staff. Location is great: close enought to the gate of Medina and far enought from the noise! clean, calm, safe, friendly… and all that thanks to Bakar, Muhamed, Ismail, Habiba...and all the others! Hope we went here again!

Les Jardin Mandelline was a beautiful riad to stay in while in Marrakech. We stayed in the Tiziri room which was little but did the job perfectly. We had air conditioning too which is always a plus. The riad organised a transfer from the airport to the hotel and were happy to help at all times. Upon arrival we had a lovely home cooked dinner on the terrace. The terrace is lovely with sunbeds to relax on and towels provided. The pool is cute and the perfect place to cool down after a long hot day walking around the Médina. We were able to buy water at the hotel and you can book excursions at the hotel too although we did not do this. The staff are warm and welcoming and made us feel at home at all times. Breakfast was provided and was very good. The riad is tucked away and

Lovely settings. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful . Stayed there in the day as it was far to hot to explore untill nightime. This place is situated in the less touristy part so cabs are needed . (Haggle for cab prices also, cabbys will try and overpriced a tourist ) Only thing was that out AC did not work and we were melting at night. Very peaceful also

Just got back from our 5 night stay in Marrakech and would highly recommend this riad, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms were lovely and cosy. It's right in the Medina so close to the souks and shops, and also easy walking distance to all the main sights, like the main square and Majorelle Gardens. We also booked the Ouzoud waterfalls trip through the Riad which was one of the best excursions I've ever done (be prepared for lots of walking!). We stayed in the Aliha room downstairs by the pool, and had read that these rooms could be quite noisy, but we weren't disturbed at all! The whole riad was very peaceful considering its in the middle of a busy city! We will definitely come back to Marrakech in the future and will 100% stay at this riad again, thanks

Stayed here 2 nights and had an awsome experience, right at the heart of the Medina and the souks with all the shops and walking distance to the Jemaa El Fna. Extremely generous hosts, very helpful and informative. Can not recommend the place enough certainly will be back.

We cannot thank the people of Les Jardins enough. They with Dar Soukaina put us up in their lovely rooms after our Air BnB fell through. We shifted between the two places over three nights - we stayed in different rooms (whatever they had free) and each one was lovely, clean and comfortable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and terrific help! Marrakech would have been horrendous for us if they had not been willing to figure a way to make space for us! Beautiful quiet spots in the Medina. Lovely people! Thank you!

I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Medina close to all the main sights and traveling on a budget. The staff is really friendly, the rooms are small but enriched with details and beautiful decoration.

This riad is located inside the city walls and is surrounded by shops of the Marrakech medina, yet it's surprisingly quiet and a comfortable get-away from the often crowded, electrified pace of life outside. The vehicle drop-off point requires a walk with the luggage, so we had a guide lead us through the many twists and turns of the passageways. We met a professional and caring staff whose mission it was to make their guests' stay enjoyable. The place has a true Moroccan atmosphere; our suite was beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for two travelers. Double sinks in the bathroom was an added bonus. Breakfasts were tasty, especially the omelets, but be prepared for plenty of carbs. We asked for fresh fruit each morning. Mint tea was excellent.
