The riad is a former palace in the center of the Medina, so a little difficult to find it if you have never been in a Medina before. The riad is very well preserved, decorated, very clean, and very calm, the cherry of the cake is the fantastic terrace, where you can enjoy of the best view of the city....

The breakfast is poor for Moroccan standards. It gets crowded in the small place and it is served by only the owner himself (he really needs an assistant!). I have to wait for 25 minutes for coffee then another 15 for a piece of bread. I have to just skip it one day to go early to Volubilis. Sorry to...

On arrival there was confusion as to whether we had a booking or not. This despite obtaining an email confirmation just before leaving Australia, and then again phoning ahead from Marrakech two days before arriving, to be doubly sure. We suspect they had messed up, and assigned us the emergency backup room, number 6, at the very top of the...

This is a beautiful riad, with a wonderful terrace on top which gives you great views of the city. Good location within the medina, yet is very quiet inside. Atika is a great host and recommended us a restaurant where we had our best meal in Meknes. Would recommend if you're going to Meknes.

We stayed at the Riad Atika for 3 nights. It was a great experience. Our first time in Morocco. The Riad is charming. The rooms were beautifully arranged with traditional furnishings. The air con worked well in the bedrooms. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The host and hostess were wonderfully welcoming, helped us with booking Taxis, gave us advice...

Great View and a very good location. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms are clean, and the view over the Medina from the top of the building was superb!! Would definitely return. The owner her self was very nice and willing to help in any way.

Service: Jacques the owner is very friendly and helpful. In addition to the usual mint tea and directions, he gave us a tour of this converted old fortress, his wife's family history and tie to this house, and some explanation of how they lived hundreds of years ago. Room: The room is a good size for 2 people with a...

Stayed in this Riad for 3 nights and it was not very enjoyable. The rooms are really small and dimly lit. They are not well decorated either. The rooms have AC (and reverse heating). The reverse heating doesnt work very well, thus it took a while for the room to warm up. Wifi can only be received from the main...

We stayed one night at Riad Atika in Meknes and could have stayed longer. This Riad is definitely beautiful, with great service and a wonderful history lesson from Jacques. It is right in the Medina, so close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. It is exquisitely decorated with authentic pieces. We highly recommend Riad Atika, and a stay in Meknes.

This is very good riad. Very clean and tidy. Definitely not the cheapest one, but it worth every cent. Friendly and helpfull staff makes you feel as a guest of Moroccan family. I recall my stay in this riad with very worm feelings. Note that breakfast included in the price might be too simple for you. So consider buying some...

“Le petit déjeuner très français, alors que le petit dejeuner marocain (crèpe/galette) est très "facile". Le jus d'orange en boîte. La première nuit dans une chambre très bruyante et aveugle : celle donnant sur le patio, alors que toute les autres chambres donnent au moins sur l'extérieur. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre sans problème”
