As riads go, this is very much on the modern side. If you want to stay in a place filled with history and tradition it's probably not for you, however if you want a clean and comfortable stay with an excellent group of staff to look after your needs, it's ideal. Great stay, great people, and a great location.

We stayed here in September 2014 and booked two suites (Adonis and Only Lui). Upon arrival the manager suggested to take the Royal suite since it has two bedrooms. It also would mean an upgrade with no extra costs. We needed two bedrooms and said yes. The room was not ready and we left the luggage at the front desk.... More

This is a fabulous bed and breakfast type of hotel in a great location. Everything was in a walking distance, including several tourist attractions, the Medina, the train station, and restaurants. Every room is different, unusual, with beautiful furnishing and ornamentation. There are several lounges downstairs to relax. At the top of the building, there are a few levels of... More

Having stayed one night at the soulless Sofitel I chose this riad because of the beautiful decor illustrated on their website. It's even better in person. The riad has been exceptionally renovated with beautiful period furniture giving the whole place an air of old world elegance. I stayed in the Only Lui suite with access to the roof with a... More

This is a beautiful Ryad. The staff is the greatest and so attentive. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are great. They have 3 terraces which overlook the city. Great for sunrises and relaxing in the evening with wine or tea. So close to the mosque that call to prayer and Friday prayers are amazing to hear. Stunning. Mohammed and... More

The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing! Abdul Kader and Mohammed both were very accommodating, friendly and helpful! The location is great too. The Riad is beautiful! The hammam was being restored so could not try it out - would have loved to. The only thing that needs a little work in the Riad are the bathrooms, there are... More

This place is amazing. It is a calm, clean, and full service luxury riad. If you're looking for a real Moroccan experience (as opposed to a chain hotel you could stay at in any given country) - this is a great choice. Not only did the staff accommodate us when we had changes in dates, they helped us through every... More

We only spent one day in Rabat (too short) and one night in Riad l'Alcazar (too short as well). The riad´s atmosphere is stylishly metropolitan and it´s conveniently located at the edge of the medina, therefore easy to find. At lot of general positive things could be said, but we´d like to highlight one thing: When we requested a room... More

It was simply the most beautiful place we stayed at during our trip. So tastefully decorated and the room and bathroom were lovely. The roof terrace was a nice place to sip a cold drink after a long hot day. The guy on duty during check in was helpful and spoke English. The guy on duty the next day did... More
