On a tour of Morocco. We were told we had been upgraded to this 5*hotel. The 1st room on the 2ndfloor that we were allocated had no bath plug or shower curtain.

I only spend one night and that's all you can take from this hotel and service. Staff not that friendly didn't set you at the table or remove your plate. The breakfast buffet not that good but don't was an ok buffet with s variety...More

Just arrived at this hotel, looks clean and impressive the moment you get in.
Got to the elevator but only one works. Instruction to get to the room was poor. Looks like they're short in help or manpower. I'll see until tomorrow though.More

I stayed at this hotel for business. I would not recommend it. The wifi doesnt work, the hotel's entire system was down which meant room keys dont work and get deactivated every day. The rooms had no AC or fans that worked. Bathrooms missed towels...More
