We were greeted at Seronera Airstrip by Earnest, our guide for the next two days at Dunia. Just driving from the airstrip to camp, we observed Hippos, Lions, Elephants, Leopards,& many gazelles. We arrived at Dunia in time for lunch, then after getting settled in our tents, went out for an afternoon game drive, adding cape buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, zebra,... More

Dunia is beautifully set in the Serengeti and for the 3 nights we were there we had zebras and Impala to look out on from our tent. The tents face east so you also wake up to beautiful sunrises. Once again Asilia have set up a beautiful camp with wonderful staff. Thanks Angel for a friendly, personal, welcoming environment, along... More

Dunia Camp, tucked away in the hills about 45 minutes from Seronera Airstrip, feels a world away. We were only at this camp for 2 nights and one full day, but wished we'd had more time. Perhaps with a longer stay we would have caught sight of black rhino we so wanted to see. However, we had a wonderful day,... More

Dunia Camp is a wonderful experience. Angel and her staff are SUPER. They make you feel welcome and right at home from the moment you arrive until you have to say good-bye. They are all very friendly and want to help in any way they can. The meals are excellent and if you go away hungry, it's your own fault.... More

Imagine lying in your extremely comfortable bed with a cosy hot water bottle, listening to an elephant right outside your tent browsing on the trees. He decides to pull down a branch and in the still of night the crack of the branch is deafening and I wonder if he'll bring the whole tree down on the tent! Imagine getting... More

Dunia Camp was a highlight of our trip. We loved the staff and atmosphere. It was the most "rustic" of our stops, but still very luxurious and comfortable. The bucket shower is not as scary as it sounds! The water is warm, and you can ask for more water if one bucket is not enough. The food, staff, and location... More
