We spent 11 amazing days on safari in Tanzania and Ubuntu was our last stop. We loved it here so much that we decided to stay in camp one day, much to our guide's surprise, instead of game viewing. Our accommodations were so comfortable the staff and management here were so warm, helpful and laid back, food was spectacular--nothing was...

We had some reservations about going the tented camp approach. It was nothing short of fantastic. Service and efficiency was second to none. Food and free drinks were wonderful. Lying in my comfy bed with fine linens watching the moon, stars and wildebeests, zebra was highlight of trip. If you want a real African experience and be close to Great...

I was very disappointed in this camp, it was situated far from the Mara river in the middle of no where. Our guide thought it more important to race from point A to B than to see the game in between, I had to point out the game to the American couple travelling with us, I asked him on numerous...

Ubuntu Camp is a tented camp that moves around with the Great Migration so you can find them, depending on the time of the year, in the south, middle or north of the Serengeti. We stayed with them in the north, about 10 km. from the Kenian border and were lucky to see the Migration. Which means wildebeest all over...

We had a great experience at Ubuntu Camp. The food was very good and the family style dining enabled us to hear about others trip experiences. We enjoyed hearing the raindrops on our tent at night, and the calls of the animals. All of the staff were very friendly. We stayed 3 nights, which was a good length of time...

Ubuntu was our third and final camp. It was the best. The food was better and dinner and sundowner were both great. The way they do the dinner encourages every one to talk...and although I was skeptical when we arrived, this turned out to be the best. One of the staff members eats with you, and this was actually great!...

My husband and I stayed at Ubuntu Camp in August for 3 nights and we had a great experience. Duration: 3 nights was the perfect amount of time. 2 nights would be too short to see everything and 4 nights would be too long for me to sit in a car each day and there isn't much to do at...

We Stayed at Ubuntu for four days and three nights and it was so much fun!!! This camp moves three times a year with the migrating animals and we were visiting during the time when wildebeest cross Mara river. It is a powerful sighting. Ubuntu staff picks you up at the airport and greets you with a refreshing wet towel...

The setting: You are about a 30 minute drive from the Kogatende airstrip, and what a drive it is! It's amazing to see all the fauna that abounds along the Mara river here in early August. The camp consists of the main lounge and dining tents and eight double occupancy guest tents. The sweeping views of the northern Serengeti are...

We stayed here 2 nights and found the camp very good. Our tent was comfortable and had a nice view out the front. The bucket shower was 40 liters for 2 people instead of 2 showers at 20 liters for each person. This we found to be good because my husband does not use as much water as I do...
