The studio is set in a beautiful fragrant garden, where peace and tranquility dominate. The owners, Mohammed and Helene could not be more hospitable and friendly. Helene's homemade breakfasts, often made from fruits from the garden, are always delicious. The room is comfortable and spacious, with the bonus of a sitting room and kitchen, so you can please yourself whether...

My family and I have stayed here twice now, and have enjoyed it both times. The hosts are very friendly, we enjoy chatting with them. Although we speak some Arabic, it's handy for us that the wife is fluent in English. We've stayed in two different rooms and enjoyed both. Both rooms offered a good set up for an extended...

Love the place! Although the location is a little bit difficult to find, the hosts provide us with the pick up service and other possible helps. The rooms are carefully decorated and comfort to stay. To be honest, the wifi does not run on a fast speed, but it is adequate to use. If we had the chance, we would...

Staying here was a nice refuge from busy Tunis. Helene and Mohamed were extremely welcoming hosts and were really helpful in advising is on plans for visiting the city and our onward journey. Breakfasts were delicious (and huge!) and the homestay was spacious, homely and extremely comfortable. Location-wise Dar el Yasmine is in the suburbs half way between Tunis and...

We chose Dal el Yasmine for it's location in a quiet suburb halfway between Tunis and Sidibou/Carthage and La Goulette (for great seafood dinners). Mohammed and Helene were wonderful hosts and we felt very at home. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast, with homemade preserves, served in the garden was a lovely way to start the day while the...

I stayed at Helene and Mohammed's place for one week with my two young children, husband and mother. I had lived in Tunis as a young child and this was my first trip back.
