i stayed just one night Even though it's one of the best hotels in town, it's been refurbished and updated such that the old charm of the place shines through. The coffee shop in the lobby is quite nice and most of all, the staff is extremely friendly. Keep in mind as well that I was present in off-season/rainy season.

This hotel is very comfortable with big rooms and bathrooms. I have stayed here for each year and the standard improves each year. The food for breakfast is standard and the staff are so friendly and welcomimg. They have added an excellent gym and I will continue to use this hotel next year.

As of Dec 2013...we received a confirmation email from the U.S. contact and we were excited to come back to Addis with our adopted daughters. The driver did not meet us. We spent 3 hours in a Taxi driving around Addis trying to find the property....finally, the guard/watchman had said the owner ran into trouble with the govt and it...

Stayed here 10 days while on a mission trip. Staff took care of every need both while there and out on mission. They provided wonderful meals. Can't wait to return and see how our dear friends are now doing.

First, the staff spoke great English and were not only super helpful and kind, but they loved our children so well. We even ended up going to our cook's wedding...

We stayed a week while picking up adopted son. The EGH staff was friendly and helpful. The manager, Nardi, tried to address all of the issues, but there were just too many to resolve. We rented a two bedroom suite with private bath and kitchen, in the "California Beach House" unit 127, but when we arrived 127 was closed (despite...

We stayed just one night here while waiting for our rental house to be ready. It was CLEAN and the staff was so friendly! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is quite a ways from the center of Addis and even further from our children's care center which is on the OTHER side of...
