Bed is very hard. Water turns cold in the shower very fast. Low lighting in the room. Several bulbs not working. Room is small. Carpet old, cheap, and dirty. Nothing much in the general area. Really not worth the price.

This hotel is on Bole Road. It's easy to move around places from here. Couple of Indian restaurants are at stones throw distance from here. Room service is good. Only problem is that WiFi is not reliable here. I could access only in lobby area but speed here too was not upto mark.

I stayed here for four nights. The shower was cold. Period. The bed was hard. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The location is great. Short cab ride to everything. I ate breakfast once and it was OK. WIFI did not work in my room. Lots of barking dogs at night.

This hotel has a great staff, does complimentary airport pick up, has good (discounted) prices, reasonably comfortable rooms, and a great Indian restaurant across the street. As with many hotels in Addis, there is no HVAC. There was a problem with barking dogs and the sounds of traffic, so if you are a light, jet-lagged sleeper, this may pose some...

Awesome location from the airport. Secure neighbourhood. Accessible malls and Dembel Trade Centre is just a stone throw away. Staff speak cool English. Intercom phone is handy. WiFi connection is excellent...! For my 10-days stay in Addis, this is real New Found Flower. It was worth changing my mind at the 11th hour as soon as I landed at Bole...

One of the better hotels we stayed in during our visit to ethiopia. Good central location with eateries in walking distance although the hotel restaurant was very good and more extensive than most others. Our room was spacious with a large, firm bed and soft pillows and the shower reasonably powerful. We also had a small balcony. Wifi is available...

This hotel is a fairly old building with no AC, few channels on an antiqued TV. We had to open the window all night due to no AC and all night I heard barking dogs that was so loud that it sounded like they were right outside my window when we were on the 5th floor. Also to make matters...

This is not a five star hotel so don't expect five star service. However the rooms are clean and comfortable with free wired Internet in the room and free wi FI in the lobby. Both worked well for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free and again not five star Buffett but good enough to get you...

I stayed in this hotel for more than a week and found very reasonable for the price you pay. The rooms were neat and maintained well, with very fast wired Internet connection. The wireless Internet was only available in the lobby. Bath room was clean, but not maintained well. The hotel had a small restaurant in the first floor with...
