We were a group and booked about 18 rooms - each and every traveler had issues with their rooms. Many had to change two and three times. Problems - bathrooms toilets and showers leaked to the point your bathroom floor was completely flooded. Air conditioners are at best minimal. One room had bed bugs and when the guest told them...

I stayed at this hotel during my visit in Accra for seven days. It is a clean hotel, very good hotel. Rooms are spacious. The driver picked me up from the airport. The food is spicy and upon infroming them that I do not like spices, they prepared my food without those much spices, which made me very happy. Note...

We stayed for one night at the start of our holiday. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the airport. Our welcome was Good. We were shown to our room on the second floor. It was quite spacious and clean. The room lacked any colour or pictures on the walls. There was a kettle to make tea/coffee in the room....

I was staying in Accra on business and stayed at the Erata for three nights. The room was clean and modest. They have a nice pool area where we also ate. Food was good, beer was cold and the service was good.

Personally I think this hotel is not and hasn't been impressive after all this long years of industry experience. You are either presented with very cold food instead of a hot meal or having a very very limited option to choose for breakfast. Don't trust 90% of the attendants who will assist in your meeting engagements - lock your meetings...

We stayed at the Erata for some four nights on two occasions while in Ghana on a birding trip. Our first room was small and spartan; the second one, a much better "deluxe double" with much nicer furnishings. The wifi worked reasonably well (better than average for Ghana in our experience, though the signal was not available throughout the hotel....

I stayed in erata hotel for three days with my family and we all had a great time. The housekeeping was up to standard and as such the room and the hotel environs were always clean. That was not my first time staying there and based on the standards they have maintained I will not hesitate to consider staying there...

I stayed in this hotel for business for 2 nights. I must say that this hotel is located not so far from Accra airport and shuttle service from hotel is available on payment. The hotel has nice and comfortable rooms and provides continental breakfast with a lot of variety. Hotel also provides tourism desk and related Although the hotel staff...

Looks good, and when I arrived, a TV soap was filming in reception (which made check-in, via whispers, tricky). First room offered had no water available in the bathroom (and hence an unflushed toilet). Second one had water (a slow trickle) but no wifi. Food in the restaurant takes a long time to come, and is pretty mediocre when it...
