My husband and me lived in the Niagara Hotel for 10 days. We had a big room and a good bed with a good mattress. The towels and the bed clothes were clean and the room service cleaned all day the room and bathroom. All people in the hotel were very friendly, especially the manger of the restaurant .....thank you... More

Stayed here with a family member July 2016. The staff are excellent and cannot to enough for you. If you have any problems they are sorted quite quickly. The breakfast is very basic, small amount of fruit, omelette and toast (no buffet or self service) but what do you expect for the price? If you have a problem and you... More

This Hotel has lots of problems. AC doesnt work. Rooms are full of Mosquitos, Beg Bugs and Cockroaches. It is mostly used by people visit NightClub in the basement. They take such rooms for hourly basis. Loud Music in The Basement will disturb your sleep the whole night till 5 AM

We stayed here the first night we arrived in Ghana, and it was pretty overwhelming in terms of introducing us to being a tourist in Africa. There is a very busy street outside. We had a third floor room in the back (away from the road), but still heard plenty of Accra all night long. (Traffic, continuous music, other hotel... More

I stayed in the hotel in May 2015 which is usually very hot in Accra, The air conditioning in the room is fine except for the usual electricity outages which are very normal in Accra but there is a generator. service at the reception is acceptable when they are present at the desk and not watching TV in the bar.... Hotel situated near the bars and it is very noisy area, the main road is also just here and all the taxi use their horn, even in 3 or 4 A.M. The rooms is also “bad surprise” To be honest, I don’t want to describe everything. Just avoid.

I had the pleasure of arriving in Accra the first nights of the 2014 World Cup and couldn't be happier that I was staying at the Niagara Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my first trip to Africa and I felt completely comfortable during my entire stay. I ate at least one... More
