This hotel is fairly central to Tana but over an hour from the airport, which took about an hour and a half in rush hour traffic. We organised a hotel transfer far too late which lead to confusion. We were told a shuttle would be with us in 20 minutes and when we called 40 minutes later, we were told... More

The hotel stuff is friendly, rooms are clean in the bathroom you will find shampoo, cotton pads, body milk and even condoms....If you are used of europeans standard of privacy in your bathroom than this could be a challenge for you: no doors and the direct panoramic view from your bad on your toilet...lol. Hotel restaurant is ok but more expensive... More

The hotel is in a popular area in the city had a very bad experience in this hotel first you have 18 steep steps to climb no choice then six steps to the reception another 10 steps to each floor just to let the future visitors know there is no lift in the hotel and the air con is not... More

Location: Prime for a good walking tour of Tana's highlights Rooms: quirky and comfortable. We had a balcony (no view) and hot water. Big bed, no mosquito net. Clean. Thin walls so can hear others. I can't remember if there was air co because it was chilly in Tana in June. Service: good but would be lacking change often so... More

Hotel was fine, nothing special. Location was great, and they had arranged a pick-up for us from the airport as we arrived at 2am. Breakfast was very average, payment by card possible. Staff was friendly and helpful

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast is included and is good value for money, with quite a wide selection of food (although they don't always have the required crockery) and dinner in the hotel is also worthwhile (the Zebu steak prepared with various spices was my favourite). The room was spacious, but there was no door... More

We stayed here for two nights in September. Our room was a standard air-con with a television. Quite comfy and clean. The attached bathroom (open to the bedroom... I'm afraid you can't close yourself off) felt a bit tired and the shower in particular needed some TLC. The room overlooked a back yard and had a small balcony. English was... More

Staff were really helpful and smiling. Room was not so big but well-decorated with modern style along with a small balcony for smoking purpose. Restaurant serves excellent food at a pretty reasonable cost. Overall, very nice experience. Only negative thing is the entrance area.

We only had this one night in Tana after visiting the national parks. It was great to have free internet after 4 days in the bush! I wouldn't feel safe walking around that area at night but there was no need to go out as the Indian restaurant had excellent biriyani and huge portions! Room a bit small but adequate.... More
