Stayed at Hotel Salam for a few days... it is very spacious but with very antiquated fittings! The hotel is undergoing renovations... perhaps will be modernized over the next few months! The staff are great!

Hotel favours allowing loud parties and weddings to play extremely loud music until 12 midnight, while guests are left to have blaring music all night in their rooms. Totally unacceptable and not expected at a business hotel. I had to spend over two hours contacting reception to ask to be moved rooms and was informed that if I moved rooms...

I have stayed here many times, the rooms are good, clean. The staff is friendly. The two very good things are: Internet - very reliable and fast, have probably stayed on every floor and corners, it never disappointed. Second good thing is the lobby, a huge and nice one, good place to meet people for business discussions.

My organization, and other organizations, was invited to attend a workshop there in August 2016. The service was less than stellar at tortoise speed with participants going back to work without being able to eat their lunch because there were not enough staff to serve the meal. One participant, at least that was sitting next to me, had an extra...

I was surprised at security before walking into the hotel. A gate guard which went through the car and metal detectors at the door entrancement. I believed my room was in an older part of the hotel. Its really could use a brightening up with paint and beds. The internet was good or to par with other hotels.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and normally it is quite good. However, a new wing with ¬68 new rooms is currently under construction, it is not really the place to stay. Noise from the construction activities was more than just an inconvenience and one night loud banging and shouting carried on until way after midnight at levels way...

I stayed in this hotel with my business associates. I found this hotel comfortable, Grand lobby with good restaurant & coffee shop. Except renovation work which is going on is disturbing, else is quite. Though it is expensive its a safe and comfortable hotel in Bamako. Breakfast spread is super and has got good choices for Vegetarians too.

I have spend 3 nights there, the price of my roof changed 3 Times between my Booking and my departure, i found suspects hairs in my bathtub, half of the dishes werent available, the spa as the fitness were closed without any warning in my booking, you cant see through the water of the pool, beside this, in Bamako, it...

I've stayed in various places in Bamako from hotels to private homes. For Mali this is a very nice hotel. By American standards it would not be adequate. If you are looking for a four or five-star hotel that will closely mimic American Standards this will not suffice. But it is a far step above most Malian accommodations. There was...
