This is a really nice hotel, very new, and the staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. The real highlight is probably the rooftop bar. There's a pool up there as well, but didn't get to use it.

This Hilton is up to the standard of any city Hilton anywhere in the world. It is faultless. We were really concerned about staying here after such negative reviews but we really didn't need to be. Firstly, the rooms are spotless, modern, big and comfortable. The beds are excellent. The bathroom is huge and so clean. You have a safe,...

Really enjoyed stay at this hotel. The view from the amazing roof bar/restaurant was simply stunning. The rooms are modern and extremely well equipped. The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed there the whole day.

The hotel is situated and a very convenient location, offers high standard rooms and good food. During my staying in March the internet was really bad, was very very slow to the point that I gave up trying to use it. Apart from that I had a nice staying there.

After 2 weeks of other hotels wonderful to arrive here. Air-conditioned modern trained staff. If internet had been better would have been perfect.Slight issue with noise from skybar but stopped early enough

First, the positives: the hotel has an attractive design and layout with comfortable beds. The front desk staff was efficient and recognized my Hilton status and upgraded me to an executive room and access to the executive lounge. The lounge staff was friendly and helpful, and get bonus points for remembering my name the following day! The view from the...

This is seriously the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. From the nonchalant, non caring staff, to the towels with big holes in them, to Internet that doesn't work with Apple devices, to the lack of any amenities in the room (iron, minibar etc). Just a woeful experience. How you can charge NAD$1880 per night, call yourself a Hilton...

I would have classified this hotel as 4 star, but what is supposed to be a business hotel, is let down by poor/non existent wifi. Sorry but in this day and age, this is totally unacceptable. I will be travelling regularly to Windhoek henceforth, but won't stay at this Hilton again.

In the center of town, with a terrace/bar on the 11th floor overlooking Windhoek. Recommended for sunsets. Nice staff, good breakfast buffet, good facilities but why do we still have to pay for Wifi? Large room, modern deco, very clean. In addition, you can go down and gamble at the next door casino, evenings are very quiet in Windhoek otherwise.

Good location in the midle of the city, very good breakfast buffet and lounge. The swimming pool at the roof was quite small but we enjoyed it. Service at the pool bar were far too slow. Male workers at the lounge and at the breakfast buffet had better attitude than female workers, I wondered why.
