My second time in Imperial Royale. It's a nice place, friendly staff. 24/7 room service. Very spacious room! The sheets and towels could use a change as they are a little old. The room is a bit stale, perhaps it has not been used in a while or might be because of the carpets in the corridors. Free Wi-Fi, reasonable...

This is one of the biggest hotels in Kampala. It has a beautiful design inside, open and bright on a sunny day. Lots of space. Very open. But the odd part is it was very slow, not a lot going on. I went to the hotel room floors and it was like a ghost town up there, made me wonder...

Was here for a meeting but stayed elsewhere. It's a large, cavernous series of meetings rooms. Fine for big meetings that are well catered for by the piles of food (but very bad coffee). I can't imagine staying here is particularly special unless you like a place that's built big to impress but ends up feeling largely soul-less. WiFi available...

Located within the Central business district, Imperial royale is a an amazing hotel with big rooms, an amazing breakfast cuisine which has both local and Western cuisine. The wIFI was pretty good and fast. The staff were extra helpful going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.however even though they had a hot...

Rooms are excellent and massive! All facilities work. Service is excellent. Food is great.Food does include local selection but there is enough variety for western tastes. Internet is free and fast. Staff go the extra mile.

Th rooms in this hotel are very big, which is a plus and a minus. Too big to be causy but big enough to feel a little bit at home. Their breakfast is not good and not bad. There is bread but the promised plane yoghurt never showed up. The service is mediocre. I asked them at 11.30 PM for...

We had a learning workshop reflecting on the program interventions in our different organisations. The conference rooms are spacious and aerated. The meals are mouth watering oh the place is hygienic. The wifi is poor imagine I had no internet through out the workshop.

On arrival at the hotel, my colleague and I knew that we were in trouble. The reception staff were cold, bored and disinterested. At 1.15 am, guests would expect swift response (no queue and almost no arrivals expected. Our plan was to spend 5 nights at the hotel, but we opted to pay for one night and make a decision...

Stayed here for 3 nights and can not really recommend this hotel. To many problems occur during ones stay. There are some positive things about the hotel, the staff being the best asset. Really trying to help but when the hotel is so badly coordinated and managed from the management - a friendly staff cant do much. Rooms are big,...
