I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, the first night was good, the room was spacious and everything worked well, the food is average at best. The second time I stayed there, was not good, the room toilet did not flush (which they knew because they put a jerrycan of water for use), the hot water did not... More

I was deeply disappointed in November 2015 because of the hotel staff. I checked in at 11:00 pm one evening and found my room key misplaced. A hotel manager searched the whole hotel for the key and it took him an hour plus to come back to me for help. An hour later, he came back with a heartbreaking message:... More

I spent 14 nights here and although I had a good room rate and a full apartment, the noise in the courtyard at night made sleep nearly impossible. Guards and other lodgers talking loudly on cell phones, to each other -- it was a nightmare. The breakfast was fine, and the staff pleasant. The WiFi was non-existent until the manager... More

Where do I start. The customer service is very poor, we had booked rooms well in advance only to find one was allocated to other walk in foreigners, no communication was shared. The breakfast offering was limited but well cooked. Our room key got misplaced when we returned in the evening with no clear communication on the keys status. On... More

The price is quite good for the price. It's easy access to a lot of things but that's just about it on the positives arena! There was a fire on one of the nights we stayed there and I felt the way it was handled was subpar. No fire alarm was sounded. They had to knock on our doors and... More

No hot water from the shower. No water at all from the basin. A wardrobe door that fell off because the hinges were broken. A TV mounted in a position that you need to be a contortionist to see. WiFi was free, but of poor/low quality. On check-out I tried to pay by credit card and was informed that it... More

Minister Village promotes them selfs as luxury accommodation, it's not. The standard is African. The room had AC and mosquito net. The food in the restaurant is overpriced. It doesn't taste bad but I expected much more for that price and from how they market them self. I ordered food for 7pm and it was ready 6.30pm and stored it... More

The Ministers Village is value for money accommodation. The property is poorly built and maintained. However; The tariff is cheap, the meals are plain but substantial, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed is good. The supply of one towel in a double room and no top sheet was annoying but the friendly staff will happily accommodate you. If... More
