The Trekkers provides a decent environment, which invites guests to spend time outside. There are several sitting areas, to hang out. Furthermore, the hotel provides delicious and high quality food. The kitchen staff keeps an eye on hygiene in terms of the usage of water. The rooms are actually nice, although the mattresses should be removed. We stayed at the...

Nice and charming hotel in Boudha. Boudnath Stupa is in 20 min walking distance. Breakfast is great, lunch and dinner also very good. Very clean and bright rooms. The staff is just lovely. We felt at home there before and after trekking.

I went to trekkers for 5 nights with 2 of my friends. The rooms are nice and made with love, the bathroom is okay (it has hot water, more than I expected) but the best thing about trekkers holiday inn are the people working there. All of them are so kind, really polite, they care about you and your stay....

I discovered the Trekking Inn some years ago and since then, I spent many days and nights there. The place is in a quite part of Buddha, close to some impressive sights of the city (such as the Buddha Stupa) and far away from busy Thamel. The city is easy to reach though. The best things about the hotel are...

The guesthouse is located on the outskirts of Kathmandu, in a small street of a residential area which is much more quiet than the lively city centre. I booked the airport pick up service in advance for a few euros and could therefore avoid that customary and annoying taxi offers. Some of the sights are within a walking distance, to...

It is now one year ago that I arrived in Kathmandu, but this wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Kathmandu City near the Boudha Stupa and Pashupathinath is still in very good memory. Whenever I returned to the capital from my journeys in Nepal, I stayed at the Trekkers Holiday Inn - at least two weeks in total -, and...

It's very nice to have a island of peace and quietness in the busy and dirty Kathmandu. The got excellent swiss and continental food for a good value. the only drawback is the trekking agency (Dhaulagiri Adventure Travels Pvt. Ltd.) belonging to the hotel. We made the experience that they are at least double the price like direct booking and...

This small and fine, Swiss run guesthouse has around 12 rooms to offer and lies very close (15mins walk) to the highly frequented Boudhanath stupa. It´s a bit far from the city center and areas around Thamel but nevertheless it´s quite more stressless and has the crew has is attemting to make you feel highly comfortable. It lies a bit...
