Osho Tapoban is the best place in Nepal and probably in the world as well for your spiritual growth. During my stay here in the month of October, I really felt the ecstasy of heaven and silence with Swami Anand Arun. As with any meditation retreat the focus should be you and only you. The more you bring yourself to the centre of your thoughts the more you will reflect, heal, blossom, grow, accept. I found Osho Tapoban a safe environment to gain perspective and to be selfish with my mindfulness. The meditation halls are safe spaces to 'let yourself go'... More

I see lots of positive, glowing reviews here, but my experience was completely different. Maybe because I went off season (in December), I don't know. I had an excellent time and spiritual growth here. I was loved by everyone, got a very warm affection and love from everyone. Excellent food and environment, close to nature. Felt was in heaven. Had excellent time and would strongly advise people to go there, you wont feel like coming back.

As a result of noisy night in the hotel in thamel we found this place.(there are some not noisy hotels in thamel too,we were just unlucky) but we were glad to be there. its situated in the slope of nagarjun hills,surrounded by unbelievable natural beauty.fresh vegetarian food are incuded in room price.its a perfect place if you want some fresh...
