If you don't know how to relax. If you are used to chasing your tail. If tomorrow's work was due yesterday. If you don't recognize your self in the mirror. If you forgot about what it means to be one with nature. If the sound of your own thoughts are muffled and distant. If the years are racing to your...

The best place for living among the rice field landscapes of Kathmandu Valley. Easily accessible and the best people to take care of your needs. Walk easily to the Traditional villages of Bungamati, Khokhana from here. A House with lively caretakers, chickens, the house pets (Delhi, Panda and Pepper).

stayed 2nights during rainy seasons, the main road(unpaved) is muddy&slippery, do not carry trolley bag if you plan to stay here. Owner-Gopal, is an amazing host, a joyful father full of exciting life experience, attending to all our needs, there are 2dogs&5chickens running about the premise :) Plenty of sunlight on the terrace when there's no rain, view facing the...

Back from our trek to the Everest base camp, my friends and I took a break in this charming house. The difference between the preserved and virgin nature of the Himalayas and the crowded, noisy, smelly and colored city may be choking (but I quiet liked the city though). The transition was fortunately soft thank to that shelter. This little...

I definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Kathmandu to stay in this house. Being outside of the city, this place is perfect to rest after a day visiting the town. My friends and I went to Nepal in spring and left this house with amazing memories. During the day we could enjoy life in Kathmandu and at night we could...

I went to this place with a group of friends. This place is really beautiful and amazing, especially at night when you can see all the stars. Also during the day, you can walk all around the place and discover many things that you may not be able to see in our modern society. This place is just a little...

This is the kind of place you don't want to write a review of because you want to keep it a secret. But as the proceeds from the house go to the nearby Children's Home, I will give it the stellar review it deserves. We spent just one night here as an escape from Kathmandu and it was perfect. We...

We stayed here for a weekend in November - a beautiful spot, tasty food, warm cosy, beds, stunning views, great for kids. Gopal is a wonderful host - very friendly. Perfect way to get a dose of fresh air and countryside if you live in Kathmandu - it only took about 15 minutes drive from Patan. Highly recommended.
