A warm and friendly stay, in a high functioning and safe business environment. The staff were polite and helpful and the restaurants served great Indian food and the bar was a relaxing refuge. A decent pool exists and an efficient and trustworthy travel agent operates within.

The hotel has a very Vintage looking exterior . However its modern facilities inside. Right at the hear of the Action on Durbar Marg. Rooms are well maintained and ample toiletries are provided. Our request for a King size bed/Smoking Room was so well accommodated. In fact the Breakfast(included in Room rate) is such a good spread both for Vegetarians...

The team at this hotel is what makes it outstanding. I have stayed in many five star hotels with similar decor and amenities but it's the staff that made the difference. There were lots of times, the team went the extra the mile, like keeping the bar open for myself and my friends and family, to providing us with extra...

Hotel Annapurna Kathmandy is on the Durbar Square Road of Kathmandu. It is ideally located . The most happpening place of Kathmandu, Thamel Square and Thamel Street are very nearby. The hotel rooms are very quite and the rooms are very spacious. Except for the fact that when there is any function on the lawns, there is so much disturbance...

Have spent many holidays in Kathmandu, stayed at Annapurna for the first time. The hotel lives up to its old school charm. Very warm staff, also gave us free access to the new year party. Amazing location, walking distance to thamel and the castle, great breakfast spread and well appointed rooms

Service is excellent at this hotel, from front office staff, doormen to the bar staff. Always with a smile and very helpful and accomodating. It's obvious they have been well trained - a hallmark of a good hotel. The property itself is very comfortable though the decor needs a bit of a refresh (especially in the rooms). Lots of dining...

Great location in Kathmandu. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit run down and needs to be renovated. That being said, I do have a huge complaint: they charge 15$ per day for Internet. For god sake, we are in 2017 and all hotels of this standard (and these room prices) have to have Internet...

Located in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu's premier street, 5-star Hotel Annapurna has a long history of excellence in the hospitality industry. Established in 1965 and named after Annapurna, the Goddess of Abundance, the Hotel provides the finest personal service and facilities in Nepal's fabled emerald valley, and its cultural, political and commercial capital. The Hotel has a total of 151 recently renovated Deluxe and Heritage guestrooms, including 5 suites, equipped with modern amenities such as the latest flat screen TV, bedside lighting & climate control unit, tea & coffee making facilities, mini bar and electronic safe. The atmosphere within the 5-acre property is warm and relaxed, the ambiance embracing the unique and friendly essence of Nepali culture and traditions. The Hotel is an architectural marvel, cleverly combining the local pagoda-style with contemporary flair. The Hotel is also famous for its popular eating outlets. The Coffee Shop is the all day, every day place for favourite eats and drinks and surprising new delights. The capital's most exotic Chinese restaurant, the Arniko Room, has established itself as one of the culinary wonders of modern Nepal. If the aristocratic flavour of fabled Mughal kitchens is more your to your taste, then Ghar-e-Kabab is the place to dine either alone or, better still, with your family and friends, AND when the sun goes down - or even a lot earlier - the Juneli Bar, stocked with the choicest drinks from around the world, is the perfect place to hit! In keeping with modern times, the Hotel is entirely Wi-Fi enabled. With extensive banquet and conferencing facilities, beautifully landscaped garden, one of the largest hotel swimming pools, well-equipped gym, business center and the most prestigious shopping arcade, our property is also within easy reach of religious, historical, cultural, architectural and shopping destinations, as well as Government offices, diplomatic missions and airline offices.
