There could only be one reason to stay in this place, and that is because it’s situated in Thamel area. For the rest I cannot think one reason why you should go here. The last time maintainance and cleaning have been taken place, must have been in the sixties of the last century.

"I would try to make sure you get a deck over looking the Garden. you get fresh air and can hang out on a tiny balcony and drink wine."
