Quiet considering its so close to Thamel. Very nice staff. The garden is a treat and very valuable when you want to get off the streets of Thamel and read your book, have a beer/tea. I'm booking again for next year. Liam

I was leading a group of 28 medical professionals on a medical mission trip to Nepal. After doing our work in a remote village we returned to Kathmandu to find out that our reservations that we had made at a different hotel had been cancelled because another large group had a flight change and needed to extend their stay. (That...

An oasis close to the hustle of Thamel. The garden was a delight to visit, spend some time, and enjoy breakfast or a drink at the end of the day. We stayed here for six nights and found the owner and his staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Ask for a room with a garden view. Prices very reasonable...

Thamel looks like an anthill. This hotel is very quiet with electricité every time, a WIFI access, hot shower. This hotel is a really good place to rest after a trek, to enjoy the vibrant life of Kathmandu and Thamel

Nice place in the trouble of Kathmandu. Wonderful quiet garden in the inside to relax, to have breakfast and dinner. The rooms are okay. The personal is very friendly and helpful. Free wireless in the whole hotel.

People working there seemed nice. The room smelled bad, maybe like it was smoked in for forty years? Towel smelled bad and not just mildew. The room was clean and the bathroom too. The wifi only works in the lobby. The grounds are really quite pretty. The women in the dining area are kind and attentive. They said they would...

A very charming guest house right in the heart of KTM. The rooms are clean and functional, some with beautiful views. Most charming is the garden. You come back from bustling downtown and can relax in total serenity. Ganesh, the manager, is extremely helpful. he arranged our trik to Langtang valley, finding a wonderful guide. But he also provided advice...

Tucked away in a corner within the Thamel district, sits this oasis within the purview of the Thamel district. The building itself is eye-catching, especially with all the Buddhas on property. The owner is very congenial and helpful. His storage room was a real help when we traveled farther. Food and beer in the restaurant is good to get you...
