After completing EBC Trek I decided to check out Pokhara for a few days. My trekking company made me a reservation at Hotel Four Seasons for two nights. It didn't take me long to realize that one night would be more than enough in this dumpy hotel with tired decor and horribly inept staff. When I walked in the front...

I was a bit nervous of staying at this hotel. We'd looked it up in an oldish copy of the Lonely Planet and it got a great review, then I read the below... However we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful - for example he arranged a car for us to go up...

We booked this hotel in Pokhara as lonely planet suggested it had the most comfortable beds in Lakeside. I can only suggest that these comfortable beds must have been sold, as the bed we slept in was horrifically hard and uncomfortable. The sheets had stains and holes. And the heater in the room looked so dilapidated that it gave me...

Great location close to main tourist area of Pokhara. Close to restaurants and stores. Western bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was above average and included in price. Liked the balconies overlooking the street. Lots of loud musicfrom some bar across the street one day/evening and that was very annoying. Overall, a good experience.

This was a useful place to stay in Pokhara. Our stay was organised by our trekking company, so I can't comment directly on value for money or booking. But the rooms and common areas were clean and neat, better maintained than most places we stayed in Nepal. Breakfast was hardly exciting, but the service throughout our stay was friendly and...

We really enjoyed our stay in this 4 storey hotel. Hotel Four Seasons is a nice, comfortable and quiet place, situated at only 5 minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Lake Side main street (Baidam Road). Very kind and helpfull staff, with the owner Mr. Beam and his manager Mr. Biswas Khatiwada in the leading roles. Clean...
