The hotel has more the 15 floors and you can see thw main square from the top. The rooms are all very big and comfortable even for the jet lag :). The internet is not working on the highest floors like at the 14th, but at the 6th is great. The breakfast is very asian and infact i had my...

I already staid here several times, the hotel itself is not very luxurious but it is good enough and there is nothing to complain about. The stuff is always very friendly and helpful, breakfast provides enough choices and the stuff takes care about extras. The rooms are clean and there is always free water and soda in the fridge.

The room and staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is kind of out of the way but near restaurants and the metro train. Easy to get anywhere in Taipei. Strongly recommend a visit to the 101 building downtown. The hotel bar is so so, but usually empty. Taiwan itself is awesome! Almost no crime and other American workers there told...

I booked in here with my little girl of 4 last month when visiting family in the area as it was near to where they lived. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming - particularly those in reception - always with a smile on their faces and ready to assist. We ate breakfast there most mornings though almost missed...

This hotel has a great location - right next to a subway station that takes you straight to the Songshan airport. Dahu Park is also really close to the hotel and is a great place for walks/runs. It has a fitness center up on the top floor that has a cardio machines and a stack of free weights which was...

We are there for five nights, hotel staff are friendly, breakfast is ok, except not much of rotation. Stay is good, and free DIY laundry at the roof floor. Umbrella is provided at the lobby, it's very convenient for us, especially taipei was raining every afternoon because after typhoon.

This hotel is only 200 yards away from Taipei Metro Station, which makes my four-day stay very much enjoyable and easy. Front desk personals are very friendly and will help you as much as they can. On the roof there is a workout room and a DIY laundry room (no coins required). Business center computers did not have Office software,...

Stayed 2 nights in july, a hot time for Taipei. Really appreciated the welcome drink of cool beer. Hotel is walking distance to an MRT station, but no shopping complexes around. Had dinner in the restaurant; the western set meal was surprisingly very good. Generous servings of soup, salad, very decent sized steak- juicy and tender, and fruits for dessert....

The hotel is next to the MRT station, is less than 100m away. But rooms on the 10th & 11th floor is just next to the train track so could be noisy sometimes. Staff are helpful and can speak English well. Facilities are old, showers not the best in town, difficult to manage hot water and cold water. The price...

I like hotels that are quiet and have easy, fast and dependable internet connections. City Lake Hotel is close to two main roads so is a bit noisy. Hotel has done a lot to cut down on the noise such as double plated windows, but it still creeps in. It's there but muffled. For some reason I was still able...
