The best thing about this hotel is its position, next to a stain for the underground train and close to shops and restaurants. The room itself was large but had no natural light and was beginning to show its age. The bathroom again was large with a great full sized bath as well as a separate shower but agin was... More

Fairly regular hotel.Good connectivity to the airport, reasonable selection of food near by. Short walk to subway. Rooms were big, but looks slightly dated. As in most hotel in Taipei, service were prompt and efficient, though nothing exceptional to wow its guest. Anyway on a business trip, not much to fuzz about

Poor is an understatement. Staff were cold and couldn't care less about guests. Large room but totally outdated and so gaudy decoration. They tell you the minibar is free for guests, but the minibar was just empty... Only a few tv channels available, poor quality tv, lousy sound. Terrible breakfast also with cold food, deep fried smell in the restaurant...... More

Nicely located near station with lovely eateries near by. Great wifi and lovely old fashioned rooms-quite romantic in a sense; would ask for room 606 again lovely space. Lovely breakfast spread but small elevators pose a problem when fully booked with breakfast space on top floor.

Stayed at this hotel for a second time. Quite impressed the first time but this time around was an overall bad experience. Room is dated, mildew and heavy dust can be seen at corners of the room. Service is poor. Service personnel lack training and are not polite. Breakfast is not exciting at all. Price of room is quite high... More

Stayed at the Capital Hotel 30 guests in all for a reunion on the recommendation of a local friend. Good location, business hotel in the heart of the city. Clean and spacious rooms with Classic furniture and friendly staff. Breakfast was average.

This is a strange hotel. We arrived late the personal was certainly not jumping to our assistance and the front desk, folks were not smiling or engaging the usual chit chat about how was your flight?. .. Further neither key was properly programed, a particularly irritating situation after a long flight. Trudging back, queueing again then back up. So clearly... More

The hotel has a good location between two MRT stations. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was big with separate shower and bathtub.
