I'll be honest that the interior of the room was not very sophisticated, and if you are looking for a romantic, cool decor, you may want to pass this one. The room, however, has A PRIVATE HOT SPRING TUB which I loved, and considering the price and convenience, I think this is a good deal over all. The lady at...

The hotel is ideally situated 2 minutes away from the MRT station from which you can travel across the capital very very cheaply. There are also shops, fast food outlets & restaurants very close by. The hotel has a hot spring bath in the room which is very relaxing after a long day touring the City in 30+ degree temperatures. The...

In every hotel, your room is automatically cleaned everyday, if not, at least the staff replace the towels. In Shan Yue, you have to return the key and make sure you tell the front desk if you want the room to be cleaned. The first morning, I left the hotel at 8 am, returned the key and told the staff...

We arrived at the hotel an hour before check-in time and totally understood that we couldn't get in the room. That's fine. But the thing was we had so many luggages and they asked us to moved all the luggages to the luggage storage area by ourselves (I travelled with 2 elders). The luggage storage area was a mess -...

It should be noted that the standard check in times for this hotel is quite late, 6pm for weekdays/non-peak, 8pm for weekends/peak. The rooms were quite small, as is the integrated hot spring tub. Decor looks nice though. Breakfast was so-so, comparable to the similar grade hotels in Taipei. Staff were helpful but not too friendly. Apparently there's an open...

Location very very good. It is right next to the MRT station, it is a quiet area as well. Their are plenty restaurants nearby. Hotel is neat. The carpet in our room 227 needs cleaning. There was no window in the room. The rooms are too dark very difficult for ladies who want to apply make up. Breakfast was very...

Hotel location is convenience; it locates just opposite to the station The décor looks good but service needs improvement. We checked in at 9:45pm and found weird sound from air conditioning, reflected this problem to the front desk and asked for room change. They told us to turn down the air conditioning and said would solve the problem. Followed what...

Honestly speaking this hotel didn't deserve the price we paid for(4000+ NTD/night). It was as if the walls were made of cardboards and we could easily hear what was going on outside of the room. The carpets were old and dusty and smelled kind of funky. The room was a very basic room, comprising a 20"(or so) TV, a cupboard,...

Never been a hotel like this one, so dirty, extremely small, noise (staff) at night and the staff was so lazy and ask us to take the bags to concierge and store inside. Even the hotel is closed to MRT, pls don't choose this hotel. It is very very dirty (with ants). The wifi was free but most of the...

This is my second stay in this hotel, due to its perfect location (i don't like to walk a long way to the hotel with a big luggage) and of cox its quality. The room I stayed in was a family room (for four persons), it was a bit old and worn-out, but both the room and the bathroom were...
