We are walk-in guests. No room 's available in our first walk-in. We made a reservation and requested the shuttle service. Their shuttle service is from Beitou Station. The Shuttle is on time, and we are the only guests in the car. Upon arrival, a lady lead us to the elevator to 5/F where the individual bathroom located. The reception...

Once u reach the hotel, it feels like u just traveled to Japan. The standard of their service is very high, greets you everywhere and very attentive. The rooms are nice and spacious with hotspring in room. Beds are huge and comfy. They even provides you yukata for hotspring. I had high hopes for the breakfast but it was a...

The service at Radium Kagaya is top notched! As we were traveling with an infant, they freeze our baby food and ice packs for us. And were very prompt when we need to retrieve it every day. They even gave my father in law a present on his birthday. We didnt inform the hotel that it was his birthday but...

As traditional a hot spring experience you can get outside of Japan. Great rooms, wonderful public spa, and convenient location in Xinbeitou. Quite pricey though and food in the restaurant was okay, but not worth the money. However I didn't go there to eat, I went to soak and enjoy the experience, and that was worthwhile. Tatami mats, shoji doors,...

This is a great Japanese style hotel, 5 minutes walk from the Shin Beitou MRT station. I felt sorry having little ladies carrying our luggage, but they insisted. Hope they don't get injured. The rooms were big, clean, and very easy to sleep. It's amazing how easy it is to sleep on tatami mattress. I love hot spring / spa....

Upon reaching the hotel, we are greeted by bowing staff in Kimono. A staff will then escort you to the reception for check in. Booked a 90min private hot spring room, which we reserved via phone one week prior to arrival. Location: Opp Beitou museum; short 10min stroll from Xinbeitou MRT Station. Room: Chosen Forest View room. In-room toilet bowl...

When four bowing Kimono-dressed hostesses greet you as you step out of your cab, you know you are in the right place. The hotel is modelled on an authentic Japanese onsen and no details have been spared in creating the illusion of actually being in Japan. From the musician playing Koto music as we checked in, all hostesses dressed in...

This hotel is impressive with very good service and facilities. Hot spring was available in our room. The room had a view overlooking the garden. I remember that we stayed there around Valentines day time which it also arranged the DIY workshop for guests to make gift, in additin to the traditional tea demonstration. Breakfast was absolutely top quality with...

Located in the Beitou onsen circle this hotel has been here for years. Rooms are a little dated but the onsen has many pools with good variety for onsen lovers. Service is good and the location of the hotel is perfect and extremely convenient to a lot of restaurants nearby

I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the front of the hotel. Service is attentive. Location is superb opposit the Beitou hotspring museum and the eco library. Shuttle service is provided from the MRT station. Food is (needless to say) Japanese. My room is impeccably clean, I wore a pair of white socks in the room and it...
