Room is spacious and clean. Service staffs is helpful. Convenient location as it is just opposite Taipei Main Station and there is a lot of things around the hotel. Able to walk to the Ximending, one of the popular place where many tourist will visit.

A clean hotel for Asia, but the walls are very very thin. Staff was not particularly friendly. Not a place I would recommend to friends, but you could do worse. Pro: Location Cons: noisy, not the easiest to find (elevator is tucked away).

Simple room with 2 queen size bed for my family of 2 adult and 2 children. It wasn't noisy at night so it's good enough for a family stay at this hotel. It's walking distance to the train station and easy to walk around for meals.

Stayed one night and all was perfect -it's really clean & nice and the location is great - except it was *amazingly* loud. Loud neighbors at night til 1am (walls are so thin, could even hear w earplugs), and then a series of loudspeaker announcements and sounds (like a siren, three times!) from 9am-10:30am. I really liked this place otherwise,...

This place is very interesting. Our initial impression did not go very well, since the wrong room was given to us and then we had to change rooms a few times. However, in all my years of traveling I have yet to see hotel staff members that are so caring and that were so willing to go out of their...

This hotel occupies the whole of level 5. It is located in a commercial building and you should look out for signboards on the exterior. The walls and doors sound proofing is alright. You should know 3 star hotels in Taiwan are usually not totally sound proof so bring ear plugs just in case. The location is superb. Abundance of...

This is my WORST experience in a hotel. Have stayed in this inn multiple times when it just start operating years ago. This time i booked 6 nights with them and the air-condition broke down on our second night! Staff gave us a table fan and told us to open the window as the winter season is arriving (it is...

I will give thumbz up for particularly - quiet environment - cosy beds (2 double beds) - cleaniness - convenient location, near to Taipei Main station K / M exit (walkable) - convenient location, direct exit at Z8 (tall flight of staircase though) - Water dispenser at lobby (pity we didn't notice that and bought some 2L mineral water)

Been booking with this hotel since it was opened due to the convenient location, Taipei Main Station exit Z is right infront, with lots of food courts and shops in the neighborhood, airport transfer bus company is right across the road, the location is just perfect. However, the hotel standard is not the same anymore, the rate is rather expensive...

Went with my teenagers. Two rooms booked. Wifi free but fair. Room size ok for two or maybe three but not for four. Bathroom size ok but black spots all over the glass paste especially horrible near the washing basin. No stopper available for the basin. Smell come out from the pipe. Small spider, little fly and big mosquito appear...
