I only stayed a night here (unfortunately) but really enjoyed it. Not particularly prepossessing upon first acquaintance its raison d'être soon becomes apparent – hot springs… In the basement are two well-appointed hot spring rooms, one large with huge steaming baths; the other more intimate and with views over pleasant Zen-style garden features. The rooms are swapped every day between...

I stayed here for two nights on business, running a workshop in the hotel conference space. The conference space is very good, though some of the equipment is a bit tired. The high humidity had caused rust in some of the chars we had for attendees. Conference staff messed up the catering, and were very reluctant to accomodate any changes....

The hotel was nice and clean, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because as a previous reviewer mentioned, it's not easy to get to, and you have to depend on taxis. We ventured out and took the subway (we're experienced subway users!)...

The hotel is located on Yangmingshan which is not the easiest to get to if you don't have a car. The hotel can run a bus shuttle down to the city then this hotel will definitely deserve "excellent". We arrived on Saturday afternoon and had a late check-out. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us taxis and...

Super cool hot spring resort. We loved it. It's a little dated... had cracked tiles in our bathroom but that's not really a big deal to me. The spa was great which was why we were there. The overall layout and look was super cool. Breakfast was decent but dinner... We had our worst dinners at the hotel. Excluding that...

Good location for exploring Yangmingshan, very helpful staff, great pool and spa. On some websites they introduce themselves as 5-star, which is a bit overrated, officially they are 4 stars. Restaurant is ok, but not special.

was here just recently, we arrived knowing that there are no king-sized beds in their rooms so settled in on queen-sized since our family came w/ two kidz. so surprise upon arriving in a room w/ 2 single beds on the opposite sides of the room, went up to complain a little loudly and was given an adjacent queen-sized room....

We recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days during the new year period. From the website, everything look promising. Neat, clean and with the hot spring in the hotel which is the reason to stay there. Upon arrival , the hotel looks much smaller than expected. The only hot spring is a squarish sunken bathtub that you can fill...

Please note, based on booking on the website, the standard room we book does not come with the hot spring tub. It was misrepresented with their photos. Aside from that, this hotel charges 5 star prices yet they only service 3 choice of set meals with limited varieties. Upon our request for ala carte menu instead they inform they do...
